Booking Conditions [HE122A]

Arrival & Departure

Arrival at 4pm. Depart at 10am. Late arrival (6 - 9pm) possible only by prior arrangement. Please ensure that when you buy your aeroplane ticket, the flight time will allow for arrival before 9pm at the very latest.

Breakages

£200 paid to the owner before arrival and returned less deductions for any breakages within 7 days of departure.

Telephone

No telephone but good mobile signal, Wi-Fi is available. Neither the Owner nor the Agent can be held responsible for interrupted internet service/slow speed or for loss/disruption of incoming signal for Satellite TV–Sky–Freesat–Apple TV etc., when applicable to the property.

Electric

Included- Pool heated included from End of May to Mid October. May be arranged for additional cost from Early May and Late October

Gas / Oil

N/A

Bed Linen & Towels

Included, and an extra set for bookings of 2 weeks or more.

Cleaning

End-of-Stay cleaning charge: Included. End-of-stay cleaning charge is to cover "normal" cleaning throughout the house. However, while you are therefore not expected to hoover and mop everywhere, you are expected to leave kitchen appliances (ie. oven and fridge), crockery, kitchen utensils, and bathroom appliances clean, and not to leave litter in the garden. If the house is left in an unacceptable state, further monies may be retained from the breakages deposit

Pets

Pets are not allowed under any circumstances

Party Sizes

The owner is entitled to ask you to leave the property without any refund if the number of occupants exceeds 6.

Additional

Fire: This is a region which has a high fire risk. It is forbidden to start fires anywhere in the property grounds. Only light BBQs in the area designated for this purpose. Swimming pool Safety: The owner is not responsible for any bodily injury next to or in the swimming pool. Children must be surveyed at all times. Pool Heating from April to end October is included in the rental. It should be noted that the condition of the pool is subject to variations in the weather and therefore no guarantee can be given to the status of the pool on any particular day. Heated pool temperatures are dependent upon external weather conditions and cannot be guaranteed.
