Arrival & Departure

Changeover days are flexible subject to availability. Arrival and Departure times to be advised per individual booking. Late arrival (6 - 9pm) possible only by prior arrangement. Please ensure that when you buy your aeroplane ticket, the flight time will allow for arrival before 9pm at the very latest.

Breakages

€4000 transferred to the Owners bank account 14 days prior to arrival, returned less deductions for any breakages within 10 days of departure by the same method. Please ensure you give the Owner your Bank details for the return transfer. There is an obligatory visitors tax for adults 18+ per person, per night to be paid in cash on arrival. Proof of personal liability insurance required and Wedding Event Insurance to include Public Liability for European Cover recommended.

Telephone

Unlimited Wi-Fi throughout. Neither the Owner nor the Agent can be held responsible for interrupted internet service/slow speed or for loss/disruption of incoming signal for Satellite TV –Sky–Freesat–Apple TV etc., when applicable to the property.

Bed Linen & Towels

Bed linen and bath towels are included.

Cleaning

End-of-Stay cleaning charge is included. Additional Maid Service may be available during your stay, please ask for details. End-of-stay cleaning charge is to cover "normal" cleaning throughout the house. However, while you are therefore not expected to hoover and mop everywhere, you are expected to leave kitchen appliances (i.e. oven and fridge), crockery, kitchen utensils, and bathroom appliances clean, and not to leave litter in the garden. If the house is left in an unacceptable state, further monies may be retained from the breakages deposit.

Possibility of pets on request.

Party Sizes

The owner is entitled to ask you to leave the property without any refund if the number of occupants exceeds 20 residents (possibility of 30 with prior owner agreement at supplementary cost). The rent is for up to 20 People. Maximum numbers for a Wedding Event is 300 people including 20 residents.

Additional

Should the French Government implement Covid restrictions, the whole group including outside guests, must be able to provide proof of full vaccination (Passe Sanitaire) or a negative PCR test. It is the responsibility of the individual clients, not the owner of the property, to ensure this requirement is complied with. Fire: This is a region which has a high fire risk. It is forbidden to start fires anywhere in the property grounds. Only light BBQs in the area designated for this purpose. Swimming pool Safety: The owner is not responsible for any bodily injury next to or in the swimming pool. Children must be surveyed at all times.It should be noted that the condition of the pool is subject to variations in the weather and therefore no guarantee can be given to the status of the pool on any particular day. For weddings, the pool is closed for security purposes on the day of the wedding. There is a supplementary charge of €600 euro to supply, set out and remove chairs and parasols for the ceremony area.
