Booking Conditions [MR003A]

Arrival & Departure

Changeover day is Saturdays or Sunday can be flexible). Arrival at 3 pm. Departure no later than 11 am (Luggage can be left at the entry of the domain at your own risk if you have to leave later, but the house must be vacated). Late arrival possible only by prior arrangement. Minimum rental period is 7 days. The domaine manager will inform clients of the Domaine rules, regulations and infrastructures, which must be respected during the clients' stay.

Breakages

€2000 euros breakages deposit or equivalent to be sent with the final payment, returned less deductions for any breakages within 10 days of departure. The local Tourist Tax - Taxe de Sejour - is currently €2.90 per person, per day, payable in cash locally on arrival.

Telephone

Broadband Internet access is available. Neither the Owner nor the Agent can be held responsible for interrupted internet service/slow speed or for loss/disruption of incoming signal for Satellite TV –Sky–Freesat–Apple TV etc. When applicable to the property.

Electric

Electricity is included in the rent.

Gas / Oil

Heating is included. To heat the pool in the winter involves a supplementary fee.

Bed Linen & Towels

All Bed - linen and towels are included in the rent. Linen for babies/young children is also included. Washing and dry cleaning service is available (supplement)

Cleaning

Cleaning is included in the rent. However, while you are therefore not expected to hoover and mop everywhere, you are expected to leave kitchen appliances (i.e. oven and fridge), and bathroom appliances clean, and not to leave litter in the garden. If the house is left in an unacceptable state, further monies may be retained from the breakages deposit. 24 hour security of the premises is included in the rent. Only clients and owners have permanent access to the Domaine. Clients must let the guardian know in advance if any visitors are expected. An identity check may be carried out by the guardian. The guardian/owner's representative maintain the right to refuse entry without justification. Same rules apply to the signatory of the contract as to their external visitors and they agree to abide by the rules on the Domaine. No arrivals for external visitors after 10 pm for security reasons.

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Party Sizes

The owner is entitled to ask you to leave the property without any refund if the number of occupants exceeds 12.

Additional

Fire: This is a region which has a high fire risk. It is forbidden to start fires anywhere in the property grounds. Swimming pool Safety: The owner/agent is not responsible for any bodily injury next to or in the swimming pool, nor in the villa grounds. Children must be surveyed at all times - the pool is not fenced in and does not have an alarm. Children are not to be left alone playing in the pool and clients are entirely responsible for their safety. It should be noted that the condition of the pool is subject to variations in the weather and therefore no guarantee can be given to the status of the pool on any particular day. Heated pool temperatures are dependent upon external weather conditions and cannot be guaranteed. Sejour-Maroc.com, nor the Domaine or it's staff carry any responsibility for personal accidents and their direct or indirect consequence for clients or external visitors staying at the domaine. Jurisdiction pertaining to any aspect of the villa/riad rental (as opposed to the booking) is to be settled by the Moroccan courts (Morocco).
