Arrival & Departure
Changeover day is normally Sunday (can be flexible subject to availability). Arrival at 3pm. Departure no later than 11am (luggage can be left at the property at your own risk if you arrive early or leave later, but the property must be vacated). Late arrival possible only by prior arrangement. You must respect the rules, regulations and infrastructures, of the development, during your stay.
€2000 euros breakages deposit or equivalent to be sent with the final payment, returned less deductions for any breakages within 10 days of departure. The local Tourist Tax - Taxe de Sejour - is currently €2.90 per person, per day, payable in cash locally on arrival.
Wi-Fi available and included in the rental. Neither the Owner nor the Agent can be held responsible for interrupted internet service. When applicable to the property.
Electricity is included in the rent.
Gas / Oil
Bed Linen & Towels
All bed-linen and towels are included in the rent. Linen for babies/young children is also included. Washing and dry cleaning service is available (supplement).
End-of-Stay cleaning charge is included. However, while you are therefore not expected to hoover and mop everywhere, you are expected to leave kitchen appliances (ie. oven and fridge), crockery, kitchen utensils, and bathroom appliances clean, and not to leave litter in the garden. If the house is left in an unacceptable state, further monies may be retained from the breakages deposit.
Pets are not allowed.
The owner is entitled to ask you to leave the property without any refund if the number of occupants exceeds 14.
Fire: This is a region which has a high fire risk. It is forbidden to start fires anywhere in the property grounds. Only light BBQs in the area designated for this purpose. Swimming pool Safety: The owner is not responsible for any bodily injury next to or in the swimming pool. Heated pool temperatures are dependent upon external weather conditions and cannot be guaranteed. Children must be surveyed at all times. The property has no alcohol licence, however, if guests purchase alcohol at the supermarket, the staff are happy to serve it. Only clients and owners have permanent access to the Domain. Clients must let the guardian know in advance if any visitors are expected. An identity check may be carried out by the guardian. The guardian/owner's representative maintain the right to refuse entry without justification. Same rules apply to the signatory of the contract as to their external visitors and they agree to abide by the rules of the property. No arrivals for external visitors after 10 pm for security reasons. You may be requested to pay a small tourist tax locally. Jurisdiction pertaining to any aspect of the villa/riad rental (as opposed to the booking) is to be settled by the Moroccan courts (Morocco).
