Arrival & Departure

Changeover day is Saturdays. Arrival at 4pm. Depart at 10am. Late arrival (6 - 9pm) possible only by prior arrangement. Please ensure that when you buy your plane ticket, the flight time will allow for arrival before 9pm at the very latest.

Breakages

€500 to be paid to the owner before arrival. They will issue an invlice when clients can pay by card. It will be returned back onto the card after departure.

Telephone

Wi-Fi Internet available. Neither the Owner nor the Agent can be held responsible for interrupted internet service/slow speed or for loss/disruption of incoming signal for Satellite TV–Sky–Freesat–Apple TV, Netflix etc., when applicable to the property.

Electric

Included.

Gas / Oil

Included. There is a wood burner and logs are included.

Bed Linen & Towels

Bedlinen, bath and pool towels are included in the price. Please bring your own towels for the beach.

Cleaning

End-of-Stay cleaning included. Additional cleaning may be possible at €15 per hour. End-of-stay cleaning charge is to cover "normal" cleaning throughout the house. However, while you are therefore not expected to hoover and mop everywhere, you are expected to leave kitchen appliances (ie. oven and fridge), crockery, kitchen utensils, and bathroom appliances clean, and not to leave litter in the garden. If the house is left in an unacceptable state, further monies may be retained from the breakages deposit

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Party Sizes

The owner is entitled to ask you to leave the property without any refund if the number of occupants exceeds 12.

Additional

Fire: This is a region which has a fire risk. It is forbidden to start fires anywhere in the property grounds. Only light BBQs in the area designated for this purpose. Swimming pool Safety: The owner is not responsible for any bodily injury next to or in the swimming pool. Children must be surveyed at all times. It should be noted that the condition of the pool is subject to variations in the weather and therefore no guarantee can be given to the status of the pool on any particular day.
