Arrival & Departure

Changeover day is Saturdays. Arrival at 4pm. Depart at 10am. Late arrival (6 - 9pm) possible only by prior arrangement. Please ensure that when you buy your aeroplane ticket, the flight time will allow for arrival before 9pm at the very latest.

Breakages

Breakage deposit €1500 euro cash on arrival to be returned less deductions for any agreed breakages on the morning of departure. For weddings, there is a Breakages Deposit of €3000 euro to be transferred to the owners bank account no later than 2 weeks before the arrival date, to be returned less deductions for any agreed breakages via the same method. Please ensure that proof of personal liability insurance is provided to the owner and for weddings, proof of wedding insurance including public liability cover.

Telephone

Wi-Fi in all seating areas - included in the rental. Neither the Owner nor the Agent can be held responsible for interrupted internet service/slow speed or for loss/disruption of incoming signal for Satellite TV –Sky–Freesat–Apple TV etc. Office facilities. When applicable to the property.

Electric

Up to 100 kwhrs per week is included in the rent. Thereafter chargeable at €0.15/kwhr. Air-conditioning is included in the rental.

Gas / Oil

Heating (if used) included in the rental.

Bed Linen & Towels

Arrival set of bed and house linen, together with towels for the pool, are included in the rental. If linen/towel change is required this is charged at €20 per hour x 2 for 2 chambermaids.

Cleaning

End-of-Stay cleaning charge is included, together with a mid week house clean (Wednesday) and 2 hour daily clean (bedrooms and house) on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. Additional Maid service during your stay available at €20 per hour per member of staff required. Pool and Garden maintenance is also included.

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Party Sizes

The owner is entitled to ask you to leave the property without any refund if the number of occupants exceeds 18. The rent is for up to 18 people. For weddings the maximum amount of guests should not exceed 200.

Additional

Fire: This is a region which has a high fire risk. It is forbidden to start fires anywhere in the property grounds. Only light BBQs in the area designated for this purpose. Swimming pool Safety: The owner is not responsible for any bodily injury next to or in the swimming pool. Children must be surveyed at all times. It should be noted that the condition of the pool is subject to variations in the weather and therefore no guarantee can be given to the status of the pool on any particular day. Heated pool temperatures are dependent upon external weather conditions and cannot be guaranteed. For weddings, guests must adhere to local noise controls and if requested by local police or authorities to reduce the noise, must respect this request.
