Booking Conditions [VR016A]

Arrival & Departure

Changeover day is Friday. Arrival at 5pm. Depart at 10am. Late arrival (6 - 9pm) possible only by prior arrangement. Please ensure that when you buy your aeroplane ticket, the flight time will allow for arrival before 9pm at the very latest.

Breakages

€1000 euro or £885 GBP to be transferred to owners bank account 10 days before arrival and will be returned less deductions for any breakages within 10 days of your departure. The Owner will contact you in advance of your arrival with Bank Details, please remember to give your Bank Details for the return transfer.

Telephone

Wi-Fi is included in the rental. Neither the Owner nor the Agent can be held responsible for interrupted internet service/slow speed or for loss/disruption of incoming signal for Satellite TV –Sky–Freesat–Apple TV, Netflix etc., when applicable to the property.

Electric

Included - Pool heated from May and included. Hot Tub included - guests will be asked to sign a Disclaimer on arrival for use of the Hot Tub.

Gas / Oil

If you would like to use the fireplace logs and kindling can be provided at a cost.

Bed Linen & Towels

Bed Linen and Bath Towels and pool towels included. Please bring your own towels for the beach. Linen and towel changes can be arranged at an additional charge.

Cleaning

End-of-Stay cleaning charge: included. End-of-stay cleaning charge is to cover "normal" cleaning throughout the house. However, while you are therefore not expected to hoover and mop everywhere, you are expected to leave kitchen appliances (ie. oven and fridge), crockery, kitchen utensils, and bathroom appliances clean, and not to leave litter in the garden. If the house is left in an unacceptable state, further monies may be retained from the breakages deposit

Pets

Pets may be allowed at the owners discretion. Pets are not allowed in the swimming pool, bedrooms, or on the furniture and all mess should be removed from the garden/grounds.

Party Sizes

The owner is entitled to ask you to leave the property without any refund if the number of occupants exceeds 10.

Additional

Fire: This is a region which has a high fire risk. It is forbidden to start fires anywhere in the property grounds. Only light BBQs in the area designated for this purpose. Swimming pool Safety: The owner is not responsible for any bodily injury next to or in the swimming pool. Children must be surveyed at all times. It should be noted that the condition of the pool is subject to variations in the weather and therefore no guarantee can be given to the status of the pool on any particular day. The Hot Tub is available for guest use, guests will be asked on arrival to sign a Disclaimer.
