Arrival & Departure

Changeover day is Saturdays. Arrival at 5pm. Depart at 10am. Late arrival (6 - 9pm) possible only by prior arrangement. Please ensure that when you buy your aeroplane ticket, the flight time will allow for arrival before 9pm at the very latest.

Breakages

500 Euro/GBP/Dollars/AUD in cash or by cheque on arrival or 500 Euro bank transfer 2 weeks prior to arrival, returned less deductions for any breakages on morning of departure for the cash/cheque or within 2 weeks for the bank transfer. Please contact the Owner direct for Bank Details and do not forget to give them yours for the return transfer.

Telephone

Wi-Fi is included in the rent. Neither the Owner nor the Agent can be responsible for interrupted internet service/slow speed or for loss/disruption of incoming signal for Satellite TV –Sky–Freesat–Apple TV-Netflix etc., when applicable to the property.

Electric

Included. The pool is heated from beginning of April to early October and included in the rental. The pool will be maintained every 2 days.

Gas / Oil

Fuel Central Heating - chargeable in Low Season. There is a real fire please enquire about the provision of logs.

Bed Linen & Towels

Bed linen, bath towels (1 large, 1 small) and pool towels are included in the rental. See extra details under Cleaning section.

Cleaning

End-of-Stay cleaning charge (8 hours) is included in the rental. One week stays include an intermediate cleaning on Tuesday or Wednesday (2 hours, change of towels, clean bathrooms and kitchen. Two week stays include two intermediate cleanings a week (Tuesday or Wednesday - 2 hours, change of towels, clean bathrooms and kitchen) plus one longer on Saturdays (3-4 hours with change of linen, towels and pool towels plus rest of the house). Additional Maid service may be possible with advance notice please ask for details. End-of-stay cleaning charge is to cover "normal" cleaning throughout the house. However, while you are therefore not expected to hoover and mop everywhere, you are expected to leave kitchen appliances (i.e. oven and fridge), crockery, kitchen utensils, and bathroom appliances clean, and not to leave litter in the garden. If the house is left in an unacceptable state, further monies may be retained from the breakages deposit.

Pets

Pets are allowed at the discretion of the Owner. Pets are not allowed in the swimming pool, bedrooms, or on the furniture and all mess should be removed from the garden/grounds.

Party Sizes

The owner is entitled to ask you to leave the property without any refund if the number of occupants exceeds 11. The rent is for up to 11 People.

Additional

Fire: This is a region which has a high fire risk. It is forbidden to start fires anywhere in the property grounds. Only light BBQs in the area designated for this purpose. Swimming pool Safety: The owner is not responsible for any bodily injury next to or in the swimming pool. Children must be surveyed at all times. It should be noted that the condition of the pool is subject to variations in the weather and therefore no guarantee can be given to the status of the pool on any particular day.
