The villa has lots of sheltered nooks to hideaway with a book, a glass of wine or relax on your sun-lounger, the terraces of the private garden have stunning views over the quaint Riviera marina. There is access for sea swimming 2 minutes' walk from the house just on the other side of the port where you can also find a beach restaurant

Halfway between St Tropez and St. Raphael, in Les Issambres, this pretty 1950's stone villa boasts a waterfront position - the garden steps lead down to the water's edge. With 140m2 of living space and private fenced garden of 1000m2 which is terraced and with the Mediterranean harbour below - it is the perfect South of France holiday spot.

The 3 terraces offer stunning views across the small picturesque harbour, fabulous for relaxing during the day and for stunning candlelit alfresco evening meals with the perfect backdrop.

There is indoor dining space too.

A living area offers two comfortable sofas, a large flat screen TV, fireplace (ornamental) and ceiling fan. Large windows give on to the terrace which is attractively finished in slate.
