Booking Conditions [VR002A]

Arrival & Departure

Changeover day is Saturdays. Arrival at 4pm. Depart at 10am. Late arrival (6 - 9pm) possible only by prior arrangement. Please ensure that when you buy your aeroplane ticket, the flight time will allow for arrival before 9pm at the very latest.

Breakages

€700 cash on arrival, (€900 euro if pets included) returned less deductions for any breakages on morning of departure.

Telephone

No telephone line. Wi-Fi Internet access is available. Neither the Owner nor the Agent can be held responsible for interrupted internet service/slow speed or for loss/disruption of incoming signal for Satellite TV –Sky–Freesat–Apple TV etc. When applicable to the property.

Electric

Included. Electric Central Heating - meter readings will be taken on arrival and departure for winter bookings.

Gas / Oil

N/A

Bed Linen & Towels

Bed Linen and Towels are included in the rental. Please bring your own towels for the beach and linen for the cot if required.

Cleaning

End-of-Stay cleaning charge is €150 euro for one week bookings and €200 euro for 2 week bookings payable in cash to the Owner on arrival. End-of-stay cleaning charge is to cover "normal" cleaning throughout the house. However, while you are therefore not expected to hoover and mop everywhere, you are expected to leave kitchen appliances (i.e. oven and fridge), crockery, kitchen utensils, and bathroom appliances clean, and not to leave litter in the garden. If the house is left in an unacceptable state, further monies may be retained from the breakages deposit

Pets

Owner may accept a dog on request on the understanding they do not sleep on the beds/furniture and any mess is removed from the garden. Monies may be retained from the breakages deposit if extra cleaning is required.

Party Sizes

The owner is entitled to ask you to leave the property without any refund if the number of occupants exceeds 8. The rent is for up to 8 People.

Additional

Fire: This is a region which has a high fire risk. It is forbidden to start fires anywhere in the property grounds. Only light BBQs in the area designated for this purpose. Mooring for a boat up to 5m is available.
