Location, location, location - this lovely holiday villa has that in abundance - as the French say "pieds dans 'l'eau" - you are literally on the shoreline of the Mediterranean where the sea meets the sky! The uninterrupted views from the terrace are stunning.

With 4 bedrooms (3 air conditioned) and 4 bathrooms this South of France holiday villa ideally sleeps 6 adults and 2 children (over 5 years). The open plan living space leads out to the terrace, there is a dining area in the conservatory, plus another outside and the compact kitchen has all you need for your holiday. This is a great property for a family getaway, with plenty of room to bring friends or grandparents too.

The terrace overlooking the Riviera coastline is the perfect spot for relaxing under the South of France sunshine or cooling off in the fresh water pool whilst taking in the ever changing vistas of Mediterranean life going on around you.

If you can tear yourself away from this little piece of paradise the resorts of Ste Maxime, St Tropez and Port Grimaud are close by, with Cannes, Nice and Monaco within easy reach.

The villa is set over split levels. The entrance hall, guest cloakroom and Bedroom 4 with ensuite bathroom share a floor. 

Down a step to the compact well equipped kitchen and office desk area with stairs to the mezzanine TV room.

Down 1 step to living area, inside dinning area and doors to outside dining area, large terrace, swimming pool, lawn, gate directly to beach and steps to the car park.

Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a bathroom - vanity unit with wash hand basin, bath and shower. Separate wc.

Amazing views from this South France Holiday Villa on the Cote d'Azur

This villa sits in a rare position right on the beach, plus there is a gate from the property to immediately access the beach! Great snorkelling and swimming.

Not only the beach, but an 8m x 4m fresh water swimming pool too. It has an alarm, but is not fenced (children under 5 must be well supervised as there is a drop from the terrace to the beach below).

The terrace overlooking the pool and beach is the ideal spot for al fresco dining - there is a Weber BBQ for your nominated Chef!

This holiday villa has a charming colourful courtyard garden has flowers, shrubs, pots, olive and palm trees and herbs. The lawn by the pool is perfect for enjoying the evening sun.

Breath-taking views across the Mediterranean are in abundance from the small sandy coves dotted along this stunning stretch of coastline between Ste Maxime and St Tropez. Take your pick from the extensive choice of picturesque resorts with great beaches, cafes, restaurants and bars.

Don't forget to visit the colourful markets and local vineyards!

Ste Maxime - approx 5 minutes' drive/1.8km (about 45 minutes walk) is a family friendly swish resort with sandy beaches, filled with restaurants, bars, plentiful shopping, casino and water park. The marina offers boat trips to Port Grimaud, St Tropez, St Raphael and the islands of Porquerolles and Port Cros.

St Tropez is of course one of the most renowned resorts in the world, it is still a charming fishing port as well as a famous spot for the rich and famous, with restaurants to suit all budgets. If you want night life head for Hotel Byblos, VIP Rooms, Les Caves de Roy and many more venues. Pamplone Beach is for the swish and sophisticated lunch time venues, the most famous being Club 55, Tahiti and Nicky beach where you might rub shoulders with royalty and a celebrity or two!

A couple of other beach resorts close by are St Raphael and Frejus are apprx 30 minutes away and La Croix-Valmer with its seven naturally sandy beaches lies to the west of St Tropez.

Port Grimaud the 'little Venice' a purpose built resort built in the eighties is a charming port full of restaurants and bars. Boat trips sail from the port.

Grimaud is an ancient hilltop village full of charming terraced houses with beautiful plants and flowers, a lovely fountain, church, graveyard and windmill.

Gassin with its panoramic views from this medieval hilltop village - meander the ancient streets and check out the street called l’Androuno - claimed to be the narrowest street in the world.
