This large Provence villa is just 5 minutes drive from the beautiful town of L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue in Provence. The town is famous for its numerous waterways and mills, for its many restaurants along the canal banks and above all for its antique shops. There are no fewer than 350 Antiquaires here, which makes it second only to Paris in the antiques trade.

This Provence holiday accommodation is in two parts and sleeps up to 14. The main villa has 5 bedrooms and two bathrooms (sleeps 8/10) and there is an apartment with separate entrance around the side of the house which has 1 bedroom, sofa bed and shower room with wc (sleeps 2/4).

The Outdoor areas are perfect for South of France living! Next to the swimming pool there is a Pool House with Summer Kitchen, bar area, corner BBQ, terrace deck of 30m2 with sofa and chairs, dining table, plus billiard table, games table and wc.

Provence Villa in the South of France to sleep 12-14

This Provence holiday accommodation is in two parts and sleeps up to 12.

The main villa has 4 bedrooms plus an attic room and two bathrooms (sleeps 8/10) and 2 bathrooms and there is an apartment with separate entrance around the side of the house which has 1 bedroom (160cm), a sofa bed (120cm) and shower room with wc (sleeps 2/4).

A flight of steps lead up from parking area to terrace which extends all along the south and west sides of the building. French windows give direct access to this terrace from the hallway, living/dining room, and from two of the bedrooms.

A large entrance hall (12m2) leads to the spacious living/dining room (33m2). The dining table can be extended to seat up to 16 people. Dresser with a wide choice of crockery.

On the opposite side of the hall is a very well equipped kitchen, in the basement which is on the same level as the garden there is also a second kitchen, this is much more basic than the kitchen upstairs, but handy when one is dining outside by the pool for cool drinks and so on.

Next to the kitchen, off the hall, is a utility room.

Then there is a very attractive bathroom with two wash-basins, sunken bath, shower-over with etched glass splash guard. wc. At the far end of the hall/corridor there is a shower room with wc and wash-basin.

There are 4 bedrooms on the ground floor. (Fans in all bedrooms)

The master bedroom (16m2) has a double bed and French windows out to the south-facing terrace.

Another bedroom (10m2) with double bed also has French windows to the south terrace.

A third bedroom (12m2) with double bed and 1 single bed looks out over the olive grove at the north end of the garden

The fourth bedroom (14m2), also with double bed, faces east.

A further extra folding bed is available on request for placement in one of the large double rooms above.

The fifth bedroom "under the eaves", has exposed beams and is 20m2 with two single beds. It should be regarded as overflow - suitable only for hardy teenagers as it can get rather hot in the height of summer! It is reached via the stairs in the living room and trap-door at top of the stairs (so unsuitable for young children or the elderly).

THE APARTMENT
The apartment entrance is around the back (east) side of the house, and has its own little terrace. The front door leads straight in to the nicely furnished kitchen/living/dining room (17m2 ), bedroom (14m2) with 160cm bed, sofa bed (120cm) and shower room with wc.

This Provence holiday villa is great for South of France outdoor living, terraces, pool, bbq, bar...

The 10m x 5m swimming pool with alarm is set within the large mature garden of around 4000m2, it has about 30 pines and 30 olive trees. It offers plenty of options for sitting out (or lazing in the hammock!) either in the shade of the fragrant pines or soaking up the sun on the poolside terrace. The terrace can be lit up at night and the pool itself has under-water lights.

A lovely 60m2 Pool House with Summer Kitchen, with a large bar area, corner BBQ, terrace deck of 30m2 with sofa and chairs, dining table, plus billiard table, games table and wc.
