Arrival & Departure

Changeover day is Saturdays. Arrival at 5pm. Depart at 10am. Late arrival until 10pm possible only by prior arrangement. Early arrival not possible. Please ensure that when you buy your aeroplane ticket, the flight time will allow for arrival before 10pm at the very latest, as arrivals after this time will not be accepted and you will need to arrange alternative accommodation for the evening.

Breakages

€1500 bank transfer to the owner direct to be returned within 14 days of departure by the same method, less deductions for any breakages.

Telephone

Telephone available on demand. Deposit of €100 per week. Consumption measured and difference returned to you on day of departure. Wi-Fi available. Neither the Owner nor the Agent can be held responsible for interrupted internet service/slow speed or for loss/disruption of incoming signal for Satellite TV –Sky–Freesat–Apple TV etc. When applicable to the property.

Bed Linen & Towels

Included. Please bring your own towels for the pool.

Cleaning

End-of-Stay cleaning charge: Included. This is to cover "normal" cleaning throughout the house. However, while you are therefore not expected to hoover and mop everywhere, you are expected to leave kitchen appliances (i.e. oven and fridge), crockery, kitchen utensils, and bathroom appliances clean, and not to leave litter in the garden. If the property is left in an unacceptable state, further monies may be retained from the breakages deposit. Maid service during your stay available at €15 per hour. Babysitting can be arranged on prior request (rates available on demand).

Pets

It is possible that small dogs may be permitted with prior agreement by the owner.

Party Sizes

The rental price is for 14 people (including children/babies). The owner is entitled to ask you to leave the property without any refund if the number of occupants exceeds 14.

Additional

Fire: It is forbidden to start fires anywhere in the property grounds. Only light BBQs in the area designated for this purpose and please avoid this on very windy days. Swimming pool Safety: The owner is not responsible for any bodily injury next to or in the swimming pool. Children must be surveyed at all times. It should be noted that the condition of the pool is subject to variations in the weather and therefore no guarantee can be given to the status of the pool on any particular day.
