A high quality modern family holiday villa located in the Cote d'Azur beach resort Cagnes-sur-Mer.  It is situated well behind the main town, but within walking distance of its cafes, bars, shops and restaurants and most importantly the beach, so there is no need to hire a car. Cagnes sur Mer also has a train station with frequent trains to Nice, Monaco, and Cannes.

With 4 bedrooms, 6 bath/shower rooms, a private heated, fenced pool, garden, Air-Con, Wi-Fi , UK TV, and a games room it has something for everyone.

A dining area has a marble topped table with wrought iron chairs and doors that take you out to the terrace and garden.

The garden of this holiday villa is enclosed and has mature Mediterranean olive and palm trees, plus a lawned area.

The fenced heated swimming pool (up to 30C dependent on external weather conditions) is 7.5 x 4m, has Roman steps for easy access and is alarmed.

A terrace extends from the house and offers a shaded part with a dining table to seat 8 and a sunny section with "salon" furniture - there is also a blind that can be pulled out for more shade. This area is fenced with three steps leading you to a gate that takes you into the pool area and garden.
