Arrival & Departure

Changeover day is Saturdays. Arrival at 5pm. Depart at 10am. Late arrival (6 - 9pm) possible only by prior arrangement. Please ensure that when you buy your aeroplane ticket, the flight time will allow for arrival before 9pm at the very latest.

Breakages

€1000 transferred to the Owners' Bank Account 14 days prior to arrival and returned the same way within 14 days of departure less any agreed deductions for breakages. Please ensure the Owner has your bank details. Taxe de Sejour (Tourist Tax) is included in the rental.

Telephone

Wi-Fi Internet available (no telephone). Mobile reception is good. Neither the Owner nor the Agent can be held responsible for interrupted internet service/slow speed or for loss/disruption of incoming signal for Satellite TV–Sky–Freesat–Apple TV etc., when applicable to the property.

Electric

Included for the villa, the air conditioning and the pool heating. Please ensure you close the shutters, doors and windows so the air conditioning works at its best. Charging of Electric Cars will be extra if and where this facility is available.

Gas / Oil

Bed Linen & Towels

Bed Linen, bath towels and towels for the pool are included in the rental.

Cleaning

End-of-Stay cleaning charge is included in the rental. Extra Maid service may be available during your stay available please ask for details. End-of-stay cleaning charge is to cover "normal" cleaning throughout the house. However, while you are therefore not expected to hoover and mop everywhere, you are expected to leave kitchen appliances (i.e. oven and fridge), crockery, kitchen utensils, and bathroom appliances clean, and not to leave litter in the garden. If the house is left in an unacceptable state, further monies may be retained from the breakages deposit.

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Party Sizes

The owner is entitled to ask you to leave the property without any refund if the number of occupants exceeds 8. The Rent is for up to 8 people.

Additional

Fire: This is a region which has a high fire risk. It is forbidden to start fires anywhere in the property grounds. Only light BBQs in the area designated for this purpose. Swimming pool Safety: The owner is not responsible for any bodily injury next to or in the swimming pool. Children must be surveyed at all times. It should be noted that the condition of the pool is subject to variations in the weather and therefore no guarantee can be given to the status of the pool on any particular day.
