South of France Holiday Rental Villa near Cannes - sleeping 8

This unique, modern villa is stylishly decorated has fully air conditioning throughout and offers 4 spacious bedrooms one with en suite bathroom plus one family bathroom.

The large, modern, extremely well equipped kitchen with 6 burner hob and large oven opens into the huge dining/lounge area via an archway with French doors leading to the extensive tiered gardens from both the dining and lounge areas.

A spacious dining area has a magnificent wooden dining table and chairs to seat 6 people. There are dining facilities both inside and outside to make the most all your al fresco needs while enjoying all of the tantalising local produce. There is also a second lounge with large flat screen TV.

The main lounge has comfy sofas and a wood burning style fire. This room is exceptionally bright and airy with French doors leading onto the terrace overlooking the pool.

South of France Mediterranean Garden

Beautiful manicured tiered gardens with several terraces offering both shade and sunshine and lots of space overlooking the private pool as well as the mountains and surrounding areas. There are steps from the main terrace in front of the house leading down to the pool with sun loungers. The pool has Roman steps for easy access and has an alarm.

To keep the children occupied there is a great children’s play area including swing, trampoline and second swing/slide alongside one of the various terraces (all at your own risk).

Sitting on one of the terraces in the evening enjoying an aperitif while watching the South of France sunset is a perfect end to a perfect day. The views from this villa are simply breath-taking, dining on the terrace overlooking the mountains would be an amazing experience.

Lots to explore in this part of the South of France

From Designer Boutiques on one side of La Croisette, lush Palm trees along the centre to chic restaurants, beach and sea on the other. More great restaurants and cafes can be found in Rue Hoche.

Don't forget to go to the Old Town of Cannes - Suquet - to see the Cathedral Notre Dame and take in the fantastic views over Cannes itself.

For a family day out try Marineland in Antibes - which has a funfair, Aquasplash waterland, or if dry land is your preference check out the Caves and Grottes north of Grasse, approx 25km.

For the night owls amongst you Cannes has some of the best clubs with famous DJ's guesting in the Summer months.

Lots of water sports, including Windsurfing and Stand-Up Paddle Boarding as well as Tennis and Golf Facilities in Cannes.
