Enjoy the real South of France in style at this modern, chic and spacious villa overlooking the beach very close to the colourful town of Sete, Languedoc.
The property has four huge modern bedrooms with beautiful soft furnishings and ensuite bathrooms, a spectacular glass walled heated swimming pool and wonderful outside dining and lounge areas for relaxing. There is air-conditioning, Wi-Fi, plasma TV's, state of the art sound systems throughout the property and many huge windows to enjoy the amazing garden views and sea beyond. The Gym, Home Cinema and Sauna are a great plus, making this luxury villa perfect for a family holiday in the South of France.
A champagne reception awaits you, with fresh bread and pastries being delivered on a daily basis (6 days).
A complimentary water sports programme organised by the watersports manager is offfered to you during your first 4 days, which (depending upon dates) includes supervised use of a speedboat, canoeing, stand-up paddle boarding and water-ski-ing. An in-resort vehicle and driver is also provided for the transfer to watersports.
The Villa Manager will be on hand to assist with local information.
Staff accommodation is available downstairs should you require it.

South of France Luxury Air-conditioned holiday villa, on the coast in Sete, Languedoc.
The entrance to this villa is just stunning, modern, light and with a great mix of stone and glass.
The ground floor is open plan, and the modern kitchen is fully equipped (a private chef can be arranged). The dining area leads through to the living space, with comfortable sofas, plasma TV, DVD and a Sonos sound system.
The open plan living area of the villa connects to the outdoor terrace and pool, with a dining table and a comfortable seating area. The perfect place to eat the morning croissants and bread that are delivered to your villa each day.
There are 4 en suite bedrooms on the first floor, all the beds can either be large doubles or twin. All bedrooms are air-conditioned, have a plasma TV and DVD player along with an iPod docking station. The 4 en-suite bathrooms have high quality products, bathrobes, slippers and hairdryers provided. Three of the bathrooms have showers and one has bath, plus shower.
2 of the 4 bedrooms are extra large and have balcony terraces with views over the South of France coastline.
5th Bedroom, a double with an en suite bathroom. This bedroom is ideal for a Nanny or a teenager who would like some space!
The cinema room is equipped with high quality sounds and TV system, with DVD player and Apple TV + Netflix

The exterior of this wonderful South of France holiday villa is just breathtaking. The fabulous deck outside the dining area has two chairs and a sofa for relaxing, and a gorgeous contemporary dining table with chairs to seat ten for al fresco meals. This leads down into a perfectly landscaped fenced garden overlooking the sea.
The unique glass walled heated swimming pool is 8m x 4m is stunning.
There is a state of the art portable BBQ to enjoy perfect summer evenings.
Please note children should be surveyed at all times as there is a drop from the pool deck.

**Kayaking Trip – from a river 45 minutes away from the villa with equipment and picnic hamper can be organised as an 'extra', however, this is not included in the price.
Bustling Sete, just 5 minutes drive from the villa, is full of Italian style pastel coloured buildings and is known as the Venice of Languedoc, however, it retains it's roots with a traditional working fishing fleet. To take full advantage of this beautiful area why not hire a car.
The UNESCO World Heritage Site of the Canal du Midi runs through the town, along with many other waterways and canals.
Particularly fascinating and fun is the boat jousting that dates back to 1666, which can be seen in all its flamboyance on August 25 (St Louis' Day). It is also the birthplace of famous French musician George Brassens poet Paul Valery - both of whom have museums dedicated to them. Opera-Comedie in Sete has numerous theatre performances, operas and concerts through the year and Le Theatre de la Mer (small stone amphitheatre) overlooking the sea has a summer schedule of live musical events.
Mont St-Clair in Sete has fantastic views ranging from the Pyrenees to the Alps on a clear day. Balaruc-les-bains, is a thermal spa town with sea-water therapies nearby (9km/15 minutes).
The Etang du Thau is just behind Sete and is home to the region's oyster beds and many small towns such as Bouzigues (17km/20 minutes) where you will find lots of seafood restaurants overlooking the water and Meze (20km/25 minutes).
Marseillan - miles of family friendly sandy beaches and a charming fishing port with lots of seafood restaurants and 'Le Port' owned by the famous Pourcel chefs. Also home to the French aperitif Noilly Prat with interesting guided tours and tastings (22km/30 minutes).
Pezenas is a town full of stunning architecture and ironwork, and small boutiques in its cobbled streets house many local artisans during the summer months. Birthplace of Moliere. (40km/40 minutes).
Montpellier is a lively university town with a wonderful mix of old and new architecture and great shopping and alfresco centre with a terrific atmosphere (35km/30 minutes).
Cap d'Agde is a magnet for sun lovers - particularly naturists - creating one of the largest naturist resorts in the world. The Cap also boasts 8 marinas, as well as a museum for underwater archaeology - and a water fun world called Aqualand catering for the young at heart (25km/30 minutes).
St-Guilhem-le-Desert is a huge and superb 11th-12th century Roman church and is one of the prettiest villages in France (60km/1 hour).
The Grotte des Desmoiselles cave is one of the most magnificent caves in the area (75km/1hour 15 minutes).
