Arrival & Departure

Changeover day is Saturday. Arrival at 4pm. Depart at 10am. Late arrival (6 - 9pm) possible only by prior arrangement. This property has the following cancellation policy: More than 56 days before departure:75% refunded 56 - 29 days before departure: 50% refunded 28 - 0 days before departure: 0% refunded ****Clients shall be responsible for all/any losses incurred as a result of cancelling flights and transfers.

Breakages

The Breakages Deposit required is €5,000. The Owner will contact you prior to your arrival. Taxe de sejour included.

Telephone

Wi-Fi Internet access is available. Neither the Owner nor the Agent can be responsible for interrupted internet service/slow speed or for loss/disruption of incoming signal for Satellite TV –Sky–Freesat–Apple TV etc., when applicable to the property.

Bed Linen & Towels

Bed linen and bath towels and towels for the pool are included. Changed weekly

Cleaning

End-of-Stay cleaning charge is included. Additional maid service is available on request/in advance at an extra cost please ask for details of the hourly rate. End-of-stay cleaning is to cover "normal" cleaning throughout the house. However, while you are therefore not expected to hoover and mop everywhere, you are expected to leave kitchen appliances (i.e. oven and fridge), crockery, kitchen utensils, and bathroom appliances clean, and not to leave litter in the garden. If the house is left in an unacceptable state, further monies may be retained from the breakages deposit.

at the discretion of the Owner.

Party Sizes

The owner is entitled to ask you to leave the property without any refund if the number of occupants exceeds 10. The rent is for up to 10 people.

Additional

Fire: This is a region which has a high fire risk. It is forbidden to start fires anywhere in the property grounds. Only light BBQs in the area designated for this purpose. Swimming pool Safety: The owner is not responsible for any bodily injury next to or in the swimming pool. Children must be surveyed at all times. It should be noted that the condition of the pool is subject to variations in the weather and therefore no guarantee can be given to the status of the pool on any particular day.
