This fabulous villa in the South of France is situated in a private domaine high above Le Trayas and near to Theoule sur Mer so the villa has the most amazing views from almost every room. Outdoor terraces make the most of the 2 levels which each have a living area, there are 3 bedrooms and 1 apartment, all with their own bath or shower rooms, access to an outdoor area and the pool, not forgetting the hot-tub.

A 5 minute drive to the beaches, restaurants and shops in Théoule sur Mer and just 40 minutes to Saint-Raphael or Cannes. A train station is a short drive away.

This stunning villa is built on 2 levels with almost every room profiting from the sea view.

Level 1

The entrance is on this level as is one of the living areas with comfortable seating, dining table and opening out onto the terrace with sea views.  *No air-conditioning in this open room however there are ceiling fans. Stairs lead down to the pool and ground floor terraces.

Master bedroom - Super king size bed, Air-Conditioned. Dressing room and 2 ensuite bathrooms. The bedroom opens out onto the first floor terrace, perfect for morning coffee or evening aperitif.

A sweeping staricase leads down to the ground floor.

Ground Floor

The light and airy lounge area leads out to the pool and also the terraces around the villa.

A fully equipped kitchen with an island and 4 stools. The utility room has a large American style fridge freezer.  Another kitchen with a fridge, microwave and sink, is situated next to the outdoor seating area fully equipped with everything you need for outdoor eating and drinking.

Bedroom 2 - Air-conditioning, King size bed, sliding doors to the terrace and pool. En suite with bath and shower plus a wc.

Bedroom 3 - Air-conditioning, King size bed. En suite with bath and shower plus a wc. Opens onto the outdoor seating area.

Self contained apartment 

There is no access from inside the villa, access is either via the bedroom (opens onto the pool) or the apartment's kitchen to the side of the villa.

As 2 of the bedrooms open onto the pool extra care should be taken with younger children.

A beautiful terrace around the pool and Hot tub jacuzzi with panoramic sea views, a large outdoor dining area with bbq and seating area with sun loungers.

There are various sitting areas and terraces around the garden, which does mean there are quite a few steps.

The pool which is 13m x 5m has easy access to a shallow area (0.9m) and then there is a deeper section (1.7m)

This South of France Holiday Villa is in a great location between Saint Raphael and Mandelieu-la-Napoule

Take your pick from the extensive choice of picturesque resorts with great beaches, cafes, restaurants and bars.

The village of Le Trayas is right in the middle of the famous "Corniche d'Or", 27kms of coast road with stunning views between St Raphaël and Cannes, where the red rocks of the Esterel Hills plunge into the azure blue waters below.

Théoule sur Mer (10 mins drive) - Beaches, Port, restaurants and shops

Mandelieu-La Napoule is approx 27 minutes drive (16km) and has all the facilities for day to day living, shops, chemist, doctor, post office plus bars and restaurants. There is also a train station.

Les Nocturnes du Port, an artisanal night market, run on the Port La Napoule esplanade on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 7pm to midnight during high season.

Cannes - (20km) approx 40 minutes by car -  shopping, sightseeing,  fabulous restaurants or just watch the world go by along the famous Croisette. You could easily get to Cannes on the train.

Antibes (37km) approx 50 minutes drive away has the 'Marineland' complex and 'Aquapark' with water slides for children and families. The old town in Antibes is a lovely place to visit with its charming shops and good choice of restaurants.

A couple of other beach resorts close by are St Raphael and Frejus
