Arrival & Departure

Saturdays. Arrival 5pm. Depart 10am. Late arrival (until 10 pm) possible by prior arrangement.

Breakages

€3000 Euro to be transferred into the owners account no later than 10 days before arrival, to be returned by transfer less deductions for any breakages within 10 days of departure.

Telephone

Wi-Fi Internet available (no telephone). Mobile reception is good. Neither the Owner nor the Agent can be held responsible for interrupted internet service/slow speed or for loss/disruption of incoming signal for Satellite TV–Sky–Freesat–Apple-Netflix TV etc., when applicable to the property.

Electric

Included.

Gas / Oil

Gas central heating - Supplement charged if this is used.

Bed Linen & Towels

Bed Linen and Bath towels included in the rental. For two week stays linen and towels will be changed mid stay, if more changes are required this will be charged at 50 Euro each. Please bring your own towels for the pool/beach.

Cleaning

The end-of-stay cleaning charge is included. Mid week 4 hours compulsory cleaning at 20 Euro per hour payable locally. Extra cleaning services may be available during your stay please ask for details. However, while you are not expected to hoover and mop, you are expected to leave kitchen appliances (i.e. oven and fridge), crockery, kitchen utensils, and bathroom appliances clean, and not to leave litter in the garden. If the house is left in an unacceptable state, monies may be retained from the breakages deposit. Extra Services available on request: cleaning, laundry, shopping, cooking, chauffeuring and babysitting - please enquire for hourly rates.

Pets

The owners have 2 family dogs who use the lower part of the garden but they have no access to other parts of the garden, swimming pool or house. The owners would prefer to leave the dogs in their environment but are prepared to remove them if necessary. Pets permitted on request

Party Sizes

The owner is entitled to ask you to leave the property without any refund if the number of occupants exceeds 10. Maximum number for a party is 30 people.

Additional

Fire: This is a region which has a high fire risk. It is forbidden to start fires anywhere in the property grounds. Only light BBQs in the area designated for this purpose. The owner is not responsible for any bodily injury next to or in the swimming pool. Children must be surveyed at all times. It should be noted that the condition of the pool is subject to variations in the weather and therefore no guarantee can be given to the status of the pool on any particular day.
