Arrival & Departure

Changeover day is Saturdays. Arrival at 4pm. Depart at 10am. Late arrival (6 - 9pm) possible only by prior arrangement. Please ensure that when you buy your aeroplane ticket, the flight time will allow for arrival before 9pm at the very latest.

Breakages

The Breakages Deposit is GB£500 to be transferred to the Owner's Bank Account 2 weeks prior to arrival and returned within 14 days after departure following a house inspection, subject to there being no breakages during the stay. Please contact the Owner direct for their Bank Details and remember to give them yours for the return transfer. Local Tourist Tax (Taxe de Sejour) per adult per night is payable in cash on arrival.

Telephone

Neither the Owner nor the Agent can be held responsible for interrupted internet service/slow speed or for loss/disruption of incoming signal for Satellite TV – Sky–Freesat–Apple TV-Netflix etc., when applicable to the property.

Gas / Oil

Included If you would like to use the fireplace logs and kindling can be provided at a cost.

Bed Linen & Towels

Linen and towels are provided. Please bring your own towels for the beach.

Cleaning

End-of-stay cleaning is included and is to cover "normal" cleaning throughout the house. However, while you are therefore not expected to hoover and mop everywhere, you are expected to leave kitchen appliances (i.e. oven and fridge), crockery, kitchen utensils, and bathroom appliances clean, and not to leave litter in the garden. If the house is left in an unacceptable state, further monies may be retained from the breakages deposit.

Pets

Pets may be allowed at the owners discretion. Monies may be taken from the deposit if there is any mess left in the garden. Dogs are not allowed in the pool or in the bedrooms.

Party Sizes

The owner is entitled to ask you to leave the property without any refund if the number of occupants exceeds 8.

Additional

Fire: This is a region which has a high fire risk. It is forbidden to start fires anywhere in the property grounds. Only light BBQs in the area designated for this purpose. Swimming pool Safety: The owner is not responsible for any bodily injury next to or in the swimming pool. Children must be surveyed at all times. It should be noted that the condition of the pool is subject to variations in the weather and therefore no guarantee can be given to the status of the pool on any particular day.
