Arrival & Departure

Changeover day is Saturdays. Arrival at 3pm or later - welcome check-in at the villa. Departure time is 10am.

Breakages

€2500 cash or traveller's cheque per week rental, to be handed to the property manager on arrival, returned uncashed less deductions for any breakages within 10 days of departure. A 'taxe de sejour' (visitors tax) per person per night is applicable, to be paid in cash on arrival to the Keyholder.

Telephone

Broadband internet access and Wi-Fi available. Telephone is available for free local and national calls - other usage will be charged accordingly. Neither the Owner nor the Agent can be held responsible for interrupted internet service/slow speed or for loss/disruption of incoming signal for Satellite TV –Sky–Freesat–Apple TV, Netflix etc., when applicable to the property.

Electric

Service charge €590 per week - Concierge service/security, utilities payable locally on arrival. Pool heating on request if required at €590 euros per week - need to be advised one week before arrival - payable locally on arrival.

Gas / Oil

Heating charged at a supplementary cost if used.

Bed Linen & Towels

Bed Linen, towels and beach towels are included. A weekly linen change can be provided at a supplementary cost.

Cleaning

End-of-Stay cleaning charge: €590 payable locally upon arrival. Daily Maid Service is obligatory and charged at €490 (6 days cleaning), if a linen change is required this will be an additional cost. Additional cleaning can be arranged as required at an extra cost or a full clean and linen change also at an extra cost. End-of-stay cleaning charge is to cover "normal" cleaning throughout the house. However, while you are therefore not expected to hoover and mop everywhere, you are expected to leave kitchen appliances (i.e. oven and fridge), crockery, kitchen utensils, and bathroom appliances clean, and not to leave litter in the garden. If the house is left in an unacceptable state, further monies may be retained from the breakages deposit.

Pets

Pets may be allowed on prior request. Pets are not allowed without the owners approval.

Party Sizes

The owner is entitled to ask you to leave the property without any refund if the number of occupants exceeds 10. The rent is for up to 10 People.

Additional

Fire: This is a region which has a high fire risk. It is forbidden to start fires anywhere in the property grounds. Only light BBQ's in the area designated for this purpose. Swimming pool Safety: The owner is not responsible for any bodily injury inside or outside of the property. Children must be surveyed at all times. It should be noted that the condition of the pool is subject to variations in the weather and therefore no guarantee can be given to the status of the pool on any particular day. Heated pool temperatures are dependent upon external weather conditions and cannot be guaranteed. Airport transfers and shopping can be arranged at an additional cost.
