Arrival & Departure

Changeover day is Saturdays. Arrival after 4pm. Depart at 10am. Late arrival up to 8pm is possible by prior arrangement. For arrivals after 8pm there is a fee of €50 euro payable to the keyholder in cash on arrival.

Breakages

€2500 euro to be transferred into the owner's account with the funds appearing on the account no later than 10 days before arrival. Returned via transfer to the client's account the first working day after departure, less deductions for any breakages. Please ensure the Owner has your Bank Details to refund by the same method.

Telephone

Wi-Fi included in the rental. Neither the Owner nor the Agent can be responsible for interruption in Internet Service/slow speed or for loss/disruption of incoming signal for Satellite TV –Sky–Freesat–Apple TV-Netflix etc., when applicable to the property.

Electric

Included. The pool is heated in the high season at no extra cost (up to 25C approx). Air conditioning available throughout the house and is included in the rental - please ensure doors and windows are kept closed when air conditioning is in use.

Gas / Oil

Gas fire with chimney.

Bed Linen & Towels

Bed linen, bath towels and pool towels are included in the rental. Extra linen changes can be arranged for an additional fee - €50 euro per bedroom in 2023.

Cleaning

End-of-Stay cleaning charge included (6 hours). For two week bookings there is a mid stay (Saturday) clean and change of linen included in the rental. For one week bookings there is a mid-stay clean of 3-4 hours normally Wednesday between 0800-1200. Extra maid service may be possible during your stay with advance notice, approx 35€ per hour (minimum 3 hours). However, while you are therefore not expected to hoover and mop everywhere, you are expected to leave kitchen appliances (i.e. oven and fridge), crockery, kitchen utensils, and bathroom appliances clean, and not to leave litter in the garden. If the house is left in an unacceptable state, further monies may be retained from the breakages deposit.

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Party Sizes

The owner is entitled to ask you to leave the property without any refund if the number of occupants exceeds 6 adults and 2 children. The rent is for up to 6 adults with a supplement to pay for any extra children.

Additional

Fire: This is a region which has a high fire risk. It is forbidden to start fires anywhere in the property grounds. Only light BBQs in the area designated for this purpose. Swimming pool safety: The owner is not responsible for any bodily injury next to or in the swimming pool. Children must be surveyed at all times. It should be noted that the condition of the pool is subject to variations in the weather and therefore no guarantee can be given to the status of the pool on any particular day.
