Booking Conditions [AM020A]

Arrival & Departure

Changeover day is Saturdays. Arrival at 4pm. Depart at 10am. Late arrival (until 7pm) possible only by prior arrangement. Arrival later than 7pm is not guaranteed and is subject to a supplementary charge of between €100 - €200 euro, this also applies to arrival on French Bank Holidays and Sundays (on prior agreement). Please allow as much notice as possible so that the owners can try to accommodate you. Please ensure that when you buy your aeroplane ticket, the flight time will allow for arrival before 9pm at the very latest.

Breakages

€2500 (€3000 for Congress Weeks) by cash, transfer or credit card, (Visa only) direct to the owner, no later than 2 weeks before arrival, returned less deductions for any breakages within 10 days of departure. A 'taxe de sejour' (visitors tax) per person per night is applicable, to be paid in cash on arrival.

Telephone

Telephone is available on demand, but is restricted to incoming and local calls only. Internet access via Fibre and Wi-Fi (included). Neither the Owner nor the Agent can be held responsible for interrupted internet service/slow speed or for loss/disruption of incoming signal for Satellite TV –Sky–Freesat–Apple TV-Netflix etc., when applicable to the property.

Electric

Included, however do not use the air-conditioning when windows are open or when the rooms are empty.

Gas / Oil

€500 deposit per week is required in advance, for winter heating. Consumption charged according to meter readings taken at commencement and end of rental. The balance will be returned to the client on departure.

Bed Linen & Towels

Included. A change of linen can be arranged during your stay at an extra cost of €30 per person or €39 euro per person accordingly. Tea-towels, tablecloths and extra pool towels can be hired at a supplementary charge.

Cleaning

End-of-Stay cleaning charge: €450 cash, payable on arrival. You are requested to leave the house tidy, empty the fridge/freezer and all bins (internal and external) and strip the beds. If the house is left in an unacceptable state, further monies may be retained from the breakages deposit. Maid service during your stay available - please enquire for hourly rates.

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Party Sizes

The owner is entitled to ask you to leave the property without any refund if the number of occupants exceeds 14. The rent is for up to 14 People.

Additional

Fire: This is a region which has a high fire risk. It is forbidden to start fires anywhere in the property grounds. Only light BBQs in the area designated for this purpose. Swimming pool Safety: The owner is not responsible for any bodily injury next to or in the swimming pool. Children must be surveyed at all times. There is the possibility to heat the pool for a supplementary charge on prior request - pool temperatures are dependent upon external weather conditions and cannot be guaranteed. It should be noted that the condition of the pool is subject to variations in the weather and therefore no guarantee can be given to the status of the pool on any particular day. Heated pool temperatures are dependent upon external weather conditions and cannot be guaranteed.
