Booking Conditions [AM026A]

Arrival & Departure

Changeover day is Saturdays. Arrival at 4pm. Depart at 10am. Flexible arrival days can be accommodated on request as can 10 day stays. Late arrival (6 - 8pm) possible only by prior arrangement. Please ensure that when you buy your aeroplane ticket, the flight time will allow for arrival before 9pm at the very latest.

Breakages

€2000 Euro to be transferred to the Owner's Bank Account 14 days prior to arrival returned less deductions for any breakages via the same method within 14 days of departure. Please ensure you advise the Owner of your Bank Details. There is an obligatory visitors tax to pay per day, per adult which will deducted from the breakages deposit. Copies of passports for everyone staying at the property are requested to be sent to the owner before arrival.

Telephone

Internet - Wi-Fi. Neither the Owner nor the Agent can be held responsible for interrupted internet service/slow speed or for loss/disruption of incoming signal for Satellite TV –Sky–Freesat–Apple TV-Netflix etc.,when applicable to the property.

Electric

Included. Air conditioning included also. Charging of Electric Cars will be extra if and where this facility is available.

Gas / Oil

Bed Linen & Towels

Bed Linen and Towels are included in the rental. Please bring your own towels for the beach.

Cleaning

End-of-Stay cleaning charge included. Maid service during your stay available on request. End-of-stay cleaning charge covers "normal" cleaning throughout the house. However, while you are therefore not expected to hoover and mop everywhere, you are expected to leave kitchen appliances (i.e. oven and fridge), crockery, kitchen utensils, and bathroom appliances clean, and not to leave litter in the garden. If the house is left in an unacceptable state, further monies may be retained from the breakages deposit.

Pets

Small dogs are accepted on request. Pets are not allowed in the swimming pool, bedrooms, or on the furniture and all mess should be removed from the garden/grounds.

Party Sizes

The owner is entitled to ask you to leave the property without any refund if the number of occupants exceeds 8/9.

Additional

Fire: This is a region which has a high fire risk. It is forbidden to start fires anywhere in the property grounds. Only light BBQs in the area designated for this purpose. Swimming pool Safety: The owner is not responsible for any bodily injury next to or in the swimming pool. Children must be surveyed at all times. It should be noted that the condition of the pool is subject to variations in the weather and therefore no guarantee can be given to the status of the pool on any particular day.
