Arrival & Departure

Changeover day is Saturdays. Arrival at 5pm. Depart at 10am. Late arrival (6 - 9pm) possible only by prior arrangement. Please ensure that when you buy your aeroplane ticket, the flight time will allow for arrival before 9pm at the very latest.

Breakages

For the Breakages Deposit of €1000 Euros, South France Villas will deduct this amount/sterling equivalent from the Client's Credit Card on behalf of the Owner and refund it back to the same card 10 days after departure provided there are no breakages/damages. Should there be any breakages/damages the agreed amount will be deducted from the aforementioned Credit Card by South France Villas and passed to the Owner.

Telephone

No landline available. Wi-Fi, ADSL available. Neither the Owner nor the Agent can be responsible for interrupted internet service/slow speed or for loss/disruption of incoming signal for Satellite TV –Sky–Freesat–Apple TV etc.

Electric

Up to 100 kwhrs per week is included in the rent. Thereafter chargeable at €0.15/kwhr.

Gas / Oil

During the winter, if gas heating is required this is payable by the client - a meter reading will be taken on arrival and departure.

Bed Linen & Towels

All linen and bath towels and pool towels are included. Please bring towels for use on the beach. If an extra change of linen in required please ask for details (payable locally).

Cleaning

End-of-Stay cleaning charge: €150 cash, per week, payable on arrival. Maid service during your stay possible by prior arrangement. End-of-stay cleaning charge is to cover "normal" cleaning throughout the house. However, while you are therefore not expected to hoover and mop everywhere, you are expected to leave kitchen appliances (i.e. oven and fridge), crockery, kitchen utensils, and bathroom appliances clean, and not to leave litter in the garden. If the house is left in an unacceptable state, further monies may be retained from the breakages deposit.

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Party Sizes

4/6 - the owner is entitled to ask you to leave the property without any refund if the number of occupants exceeds 6. The rent is for up to 6 People.

Additional

Fire: This is a region which has a high fire risk. It is forbidden to start fires anywhere in the property grounds. Only light BBQs in the area designated for this purpose. Swimming pool Safety: The owner is not responsible for any bodily injury next to or in the swimming pool. Children must be surveyed at all times. It should be noted that the condition of the pool is subject to variations in the weather and therefore no guarantee can be given to the status of the pool on any particular day.
