Booking Conditions [AM033A]

Arrival & Departure

Changeover day is Saturdays. Arrival at 4pm. Depart at 10am. Late arrival (6 - 9pm) possible only by prior arrangement. Please ensure that when you buy your aeroplane ticket, the flight time will allow for arrival before 9pm at the very latest.

Breakages

€1500 or GBP equivalent to be transferred into the owners bank account no less than 2 weeks before arrival date, to be returned within 10 days of departure less deductions for any breakages. Please ensure the Owner has your Bank Details for the return transfer.

Telephone

Broadband and Wi-Fi available. Neither the Owner nor the Agent can be held responsible for interrupted internet service/slow speed or for loss/disruption of incoming signal for Satellite TV –Sky–Freesat–Apple TV etc., when applicable to the property.

Electric

Up to 100 kwhrs per week is included in the rent. Thereafter chargeable at €0.15/kwhr.

Gas / Oil

Central heating oil consumption is charged at €0.50 per litre.

Bed Linen & Towels

Linen and bath towels are included in the rental. There will be a change of linen and bath towels on the middle Saturday for a two week booking included. Towels for the pool/beach are also provided and included.

Cleaning

End-of-Stay cleaning is included in the rental. Maid service during your stay can be arranged with prior notice, hourly rate to be advised payable locally. End-of-stay cleaning charge is to cover "normal" cleaning throughout the house. However, while you are therefore not expected to hoover and mop everywhere, you are expected to leave kitchen appliances (i.e. oven and fridge), crockery, kitchen utensils, and bathroom appliances clean, and not to leave litter in the garden. If the house is left in an unacceptable state, further monies may be retained from the breakages deposit.

Pets

Pets may be allowed at the discretion of the owner. Pets are not allowed in the swimming pool, bedrooms, or on the furniture and all mess should be removed from the garden/grounds.

Party Sizes

The owner is entitled to ask you to leave the property without any refund if the number of occupants exceeds 8. The rent is for up to 8 People, 10 maybe possible but must be agreed beforehand.

Additional

Fire: This is a region which has a high fire risk. It is forbidden to start fires anywhere in the property grounds. Only light BBQs in the area designated for this purpose. Swimming pool Safety: The owner is not responsible for any bodily injury next to or in the swimming pool. Children must be surveyed at all times. It should be noted that the condition of the pool is subject to variations in the weather and therefore no guarantee can be given to the status of the pool on any particular day.
