Arrival & Departure

Changeover day is Saturdays. Arrival at 5pm. Depart at 10am. Late arrival (6 - 9pm) possible only by prior arrangement. Please ensure that when you buy your aeroplane ticket, the flight time will allow for arrival before 9pm at the very latest.

Breakages

GB£2000 to be transferred to the Owners UK Bank Account 2 weeks prior to arrival returned the same way (please ensure you give your Bank Details to the Owner) less deductions for any breakages within 10 days of departure.

Telephone

Wi-Fi available (included in rental). Neither the Owner nor the Agent can be held responsible for interrupted internet service/slow speed or for loss/disruption of incoming signal for Satellite TV –Sky–Freesat–Apple TV etc. When applicable to the property.

Electric

Air conditioning included however please ensure that the windows are closed when in use, otherwise you may be charged. The pool can be heated on request at an extra cost of £120 per week, the jacuzzi can also be heated at a further £120 per week.

Gas / Oil

Central heating oil consumption is charged at €0.50 per litre. Heating - electric - reversible.

Bed Linen & Towels

Bedsheets and towels (1 large, 1 small), together with beach/pool towels are included in the rental.

Cleaning

End-of-Stay cleaning charge is included. Additional, maid service during your stay available, payable locally. End-of-stay cleaning charge is to cover "normal" cleaning throughout the house. However, while you are therefore not expected to hoover and mop everywhere, you are expected to leave kitchen appliances (i.e. oven and fridge), crockery, kitchen utensils, and bathroom appliances clean, and not to leave litter in the garden. If the house is left in an unacceptable state, further monies may be retained from the breakages deposit.

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Party Sizes

The owner is entitled to ask you to leave the property without any refund if the number of occupants exceeds 8. The rent is for up to 8 People.

Additional

Fire: This is a region which has a high fire risk. It is forbidden to start fires anywhere in the property grounds. Only light BBQs in the area designated for this purpose. Swimming pool Safety: The owner is not responsible for any bodily injury next to or in the swimming pool. Children must be surveyed at all times. It should be noted that the condition of the pool is subject to variations in the weather and therefore no guarantee can be given to the status of the pool on any particular day. This is a non smoking property.
