Arrival & Departure

Changeover day is Saturdays. Arrival at 4.30pm. Depart at 10am. Late arrival (6 - 9pm) possible only by prior arrangement. Please ensure that when you buy your aeroplane ticket, the flight time will allow for arrival before 9pm at the very latest. There is an "in and out" charge of €200 Euro in total payable in cash to the Property Manager on arrival.

Breakages

€1500 Euro or GB£ Sterling equivalent to be transferred to the Owner's Bank Account 14 days prior to arrival returned less deductions for any breakages via the same method within 14 days of departure. Please ensure you advise the Owner of your Bank Details. Please note that rentals of three weeks and over will require a Breakages Deposit of 10% of the rental. There is also a visitors tax per night per adult to be paid direct to the owner along with the breakages deposit.

Telephone

Wi-Fi included in the rental. Neither the Owner nor the Agent can be held responsible for interrupted internet service/slow speed or for loss/disruption of incoming signal for Satellite TV –Sky–Freesat–Apple TV-Netflix etc., when applicable to the property.

Electric

Included. Pool heating charged at €160 per week.

Bed Linen & Towels

Bed Linen and towels (including pool towels) are supplied and included in the rental. Please bring your own towels for the beach. For 2 week rentals a mid-stay clean is included up to a maximum of 5 hours. A linen change/hire can be arranged for the second week at the price of €36 euro per person, to be paid direct to the owner in advance together with the breakages deposit and visitors tax.

Cleaning

There is a one off "in and out" charge of €200 euro in total payable in cash to the Property Manager on arrival, this gives you somebody on call for the duration of your stay. End-of-Stay cleaning charge is included in the rental up to a maximum 8 - 10 hours. Extra Maid service may be possible during your stay with advance notice please ask for details. End-of-stay cleaning charge is to cover "normal" cleaning throughout the house. However, while you are therefore not expected to hoover and mop everywhere, you are expected to leave kitchen appliances (i.e. oven and fridge), crockery, kitchen utensils, and bathroom appliances clean, and not to leave litter in the garden. If the house is left in an unacceptable state, further monies may be retained from the breakages deposit.

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Party Sizes

The owner is entitled to ask you to leave the property without any refund if the number of occupants exceeds 12. The rent is for up to 12 people. Up to 15 may be possible outside peak periods, on prior request for a supplementary charge.

Additional

Fire: This is a region which has a high fire risk. It is forbidden to start fires anywhere in the property grounds. Only light BBQs in the area designated for this purpose. Swimming pool Safety: The owner is not responsible for any bodily injury next to or in the swimming pool. Children must be surveyed at all times. It should be noted that the condition of the pool is subject to variations in the weather and therefore no guarantee can be given to the status of the pool on any particular day. Heated pool temperatures are dependent upon external weather conditions and cannot be guaranteed.
