Arrival & Departure

Changeover day is Saturdays. Arrival at 5pm. Depart at 10am. Late arrival (6 - 9pm) possible only by prior arrangement. Please ensure that when you buy your aeroplane ticket, the flight time will allow for arrival before 9pm at the very latest.

Breakages

€2500 Euros to be transferred to the Owner's nominated Bank Account 14 days prior to arrival, returned by the same method within 14 days of departure, less any agreed deductions for breakages.

Telephone

Wi-Fi is included in rental. Neither the Owner nor the Agent can be held responsible for interrupted internet service/slow speed or for loss/disruption of incoming signal for Satellite TV –Sky–Freesat–Apple TV etc. When applicable to the property.

Electric

Is included in the rent, Air conditioning included, please ensure that windows and doors are closed when using the air-con, as monies may be taken from deposit. Heating of the pool is not included, prices on request.

Gas / Oil

Underfloor heating. Air conditioned throughout - included for stays of one week, for stays of two weeks and over please ask for details of the supplement.

Bed Linen & Towels

Bed Linen, Bath Towels and Pool/Beach Towels are included in the rental.

Cleaning

End-of-Stay cleaning charge is included in the rental. For stays of two weeks there will be a mid week change of linen and towels and light clean, normally on the middle Saturday - to be agreed with Cleaning Team locally. Extra Maid service may be available during your stay please ask for details. End-of-stay cleaning charge is to cover "normal" cleaning throughout the house. However, while you are therefore not expected to hoover and mop everywhere, you are expected to leave kitchen appliances (ie. oven and fridge), crockery, kitchen utensils, and bathroom appliances clean, and not to leave litter in the garden. If the house is left in an unacceptable state, further monies may be retained from the breakages deposit. For example, to clean sofas 150€ each, marks on walls if need to be repainted cost is from 250€.

Pets

Pets may be allowed subject to approval

Party Sizes

The owner is entitled to ask you to leave the property without any refund if the number of occupants exceeds 12.

Additional

Fire: This is a region which has a high fire risk. It is forbidden to start fires anywhere in the property grounds. Only light BBQs in the area designated for this purpose. Swimming pool Safety: The owner is not responsible for any bodily injury next to or in the swimming pool. Children must be surveyed at all times. It should be noted that the condition of the pool is subject to variations in the weather and therefore no guarantee can be given to the status of the pool on any particular day. The gardens and pool are maintained by a Gardener/Handyman - Monday to Saturday - with advance notice it may be possible to re-arrange working hours to to suit client preferences.
