Arrival & Departure

Changeover day is Saturdays. Arrival at 5pm. Depart at 10am. Late arrival (6 - 9pm) possible only by prior arrangement. Please ensure that when you buy your aeroplane ticket, the flight time will allow for arrival before 9pm at the very latest.

Breakages

€1500 (or €1000 for 4 people) to be transferred to the Owner 14 days in advance of arrival. Returned less deductions for any breakages by the same method within 10 days.

Telephone

Wi-Fi is available and included in the rental. Neither the Owner nor the Agent can be held responsible for interrupted internet service/slow speed or for loss/disruption of incoming signal for Satellite TV–Sky–Freesat–Apple-Netflix TV etc., when applicable to the property.

Electric

Included in the rent. Pool is heated from May to October and is included in the rental price. For rentals outside of this time, the pool can be heated at an extra charge. Heated pool temperatures are dependent upon external weather conditions and cannot be guaranteed. Central Heating is also included in the rental price for winter rentals if required.

Gas / Oil

Fireplace insert not for use.

Bed Linen & Towels

Bed linen, bath towels and pool towels are included. Please bring your own towels for the beach. Beach towels can be provided at a supplementary charge - please ask for details. A mid stay change of bed linen/towels and a clean is included for 2 week bookings.

Cleaning

End-of-Stay cleaning charge is included within the 400 Euro cash check in fee. For one week bookings a 3 hour mid week clean is included in the rental For 2 week bookings a 3 hour midweek clean is included in the first week, a mid stay change of bed linen/towels and a clean and a 3hr mid week cleaning during the second week. Extra housekeeping service during your stay may be available (minimum 2 hours) please ask for hourly rate and extra linen at a supplementary charge - please ask for details - to be paid in cash direct to the Property Manager. End-of-stay cleaning charge is to cover "normal" cleaning throughout the house. However, while you are therefore not expected to hoover and mop everywhere, you are expected to leave kitchen appliances (i.e. oven and fridge), crockery, kitchen utensils, and bathroom appliances clean, and not to leave litter in the garden. If the house is left in an unacceptable state, further monies may be retained from the breakages deposit. The gardener normally visits the property daily, these arrangements can be amended by liaising with the Key Holder.

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Party Sizes

The owner is entitled to ask you to leave the property without any refund if the number of occupants exceeds 6 plus 2 children under 10 years. The rental is for 8 people maximum.

Additional

Fire: This is a region which has a high fire risk. It is forbidden to start fires anywhere in the property grounds. Only light BBQs in the area designated for this purpose. Swimming pool Safety: The owner is not responsible for any bodily injury next to or in the swimming pool. Children must be surveyed at all times. It should be noted that the condition of the pool is subject to variations in the weather and therefore no guarantee can be given to the status of the pool on any particular day. Heated pool temperatures are dependent upon external weather conditions and cannot be guaranteed. The Owner will not permit any motor home type vehicles are the property.
