Arrival & Departure

Changeover day is Saturdays. Arrival at 4pm. Depart at 10am. Late arrival (6 - 9pm) possible only by prior arrangement. Please ensure that when you buy your aeroplane ticket, the flight time will allow for arrival before 9pm at the very latest.

Breakages

£1250 GBP paid to South France Villas no later than 2 weeks before the arrival date, to be refunded within 10 days of departure following confirmation by the owner that all is ok - the owner is present for check in and check out and any breakages are to be agreed on check out.

Telephone

Wi-Fi included in the rental. Neither the Owner nor the Agent can be held responsible for interrupted internet service/slow speed or for loss/disruption of incoming signal for Satellite TV–Sky–Freesat–Apple TV etc., when applicable to the property.

Electric

Up to 100 kwhrs per week is included in the rent. Thereafter chargeable at €0.15/kwhr. The pool can be heated at a supplementary charge of €200 per week.

Bed Linen & Towels

Bed Linen, Bath Towels and pool towels are included in the rental and will be changed each week. Please bring your own towels for the beach.

Cleaning

End-of-Stay cleaning charge is included in the rental. Extra Maid service may be available during your stay (payable). End-of-stay cleaning charge is to cover "normal" cleaning throughout the house. However, while you are therefore not expected to hoover and mop everywhere, you are expected to leave kitchen appliances (ie. oven and fridge), crockery, kitchen utensils, and bathroom appliances clean, and not to leave litter in the garden. If the house is left in an unacceptable state, further monies may be retained from the breakages deposit.

Pets

A dog may be accepted at the owners discretion.

Party Sizes

The owner is entitled to ask you to leave the property without any refund if the number of occupants exceeds 10. The rent is for up to 10 People.

Additional

Fire: This is a region which has a high fire risk. It is forbidden to start fires anywhere in the property grounds. Only light BBQs in the area designated for this purpose. Security: The electric gates must be closed when entering and leaving the property. Swimming pool Safety: The owner is not responsible for any bodily injury next to or in the swimming pool. Children must be surveyed at all times. It should be noted that the condition of the pool is subject to variations in the weather and therefore no guarantee can be given to the status of the pool on any particular day.
