Arrival & Departure

Changeover day is Saturdays. Arrival at 5pm. Depart at 10am. Late arrival (6 - 9pm) possible only by prior arrangement. Please ensure that when you buy your aeroplane ticket, the flight time will allow for arrival before 9pm at the very latest.

Breakages

€10,000 euro cash on arrival to be returned, less any damages, on the day of departure. An additional €5000 euro float to be handed to the onsite guardian for extra daily services that he can provide, such as shopping, arranging for extra cleaning/linen/towels changes, etc.

Telephone

Wi-Fi Internet available. Mobile reception is good. Neither the Owner nor the Agent can be held responsible for interrupted internet service/slow speed or for loss/disruption of incoming signal for Satellite TV–Sky–Freesat–Apple TV etc., when applicable to the property.

Electric

Included. Pool heating is included in the rental price.

Gas / Oil

Bed Linen & Towels

One set of bed linen/towels are included in the rental. Possibility of linen/towel/pool towel changes at an extra cost to be reserved and paid for in advance or taken from the €5000 euro float, please contact us for details.

Cleaning

End-of-Stay cleaning €400 euro to be paid in advance. Extra Maid service may be available during your stay please ask for details - to be reserved/paid for in advance or taken from the €5000 euro float. End-of-stay cleaning charge is to cover "normal" cleaning throughout the house. However, while you are therefore not expected to hoover and mop everywhere, you are expected to leave kitchen appliances (i.e. oven and fridge), crockery, kitchen utensils, and bathroom appliances clean, and not to leave litter in the garden. If the house is left in an unacceptable state, further monies may be retained from the breakages deposit.

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Party Sizes

The owner is entitled to ask you to leave the property without any refund if the number of occupants exceeds 10. The rent is for up to 10 People.

Additional

Fire: This is a region which has a high fire risk. It is forbidden to start fires anywhere in the property grounds. Only light BBQs in the area designated for this purpose. Swimming pool Safety: The owner is not responsible for any bodily injury next to or in the swimming pool. Children must be surveyed at all times. It should be noted that the condition of the pool is subject to variations in the weather and therefore no guarantee can be given to the status of the pool on any particular day.
