COVID-19: Everyone's lives have been affected one way or other by the Covid Pandemic which is still evolving, the travel industry in particular has seen many changes. Arrival & Departure
Changeover day is Saturdays. Arrival at 5pm. Depart at 10am. Late arrival (6 - 9pm) possible only by prior arrangement. Please ensure that when you buy your aeroplane ticket, the flight time will allow for arrival before 9pm at the very latest.
Euro 15,000 to be transferred to the Owner's Bank Account 14 days prior to arrival. This will be returned by the same method (please ensure you give the Owner your Bank Details) within 14 days of departure less any agreed deductions.
Wi-Fi available throughout the property. PC and printer available in the Bureau. Neither the Owner nor the Agent can be held responsible for interrupted internet service/slow speed or for loss/disruption of incoming signal for Satellite TV –Sky–Freesat–Apple TV etc., when applicable to the property.
Gas / Oil
Should you wish logs for the fireplaces be ask for details.
Bed Linen & Towels
Bed Linen, bath towels and pool towels are included in the rental. Inculded in the rental is a change of linen, bathroom and pool towels twice weekly. This can be done more frequently, at an extra cost, provided it falls with the Housekeeping hours.
End-of-Stay cleaning is 450 Euro payable in cash on arrival. Daily Maid service for general cleaning - 8 hours per day, 6 days per week - is included in the rental. Additional maid service may be available with advance notice please enquire for hourly rates. End-of-stay cleaning charge is to cover "normal" cleaning throughout the house. However, while you are therefore not expected to hoover and mop everywhere, you are expected to leave kitchen appliances (ie. oven and fridge), crockery, kitchen utensils, and bathroom appliances clean, and not to leave litter in the garden. If the house is left in an unacceptable state, further monies may be retained from the breakages deposit. The Property Manager is on an "as needed" basis and calls in periodically (with advance notice) to care for the garden/pool.
Pets may be allowed, but must be authorised in advance.Pets are not allowed in the swimming pool, bedrooms, or on the furniture and all mess should be removed from the garden/grounds.
The owner is entitled to ask you to leave the property without any refund if the number of occupants in the house exceeds 14 (this includes 2 in the Staff Quarters). The rent is for up to 14 people.
Fire: This is a region which has a high fire risk. It is forbidden to start fires anywhere in the property grounds. Only light BBQs in the area designated for this purpose. Swimming pool Safety: The owner is not responsible for any bodily injury next to or in the swimming pool. Children must be surveyed at all times. It should be noted that the condition of the pool is subject to variations in the weather and therefore no guarantee can be given to the status of the pool on any particular day. Concierge Services, Airport Transfers, Chef, Waiting Staff, Personal Trainer can be arranged at an additional cost.
