Arrival & Departure

Changeover day is Saturdays. Arrival at 5pm. Depart at 10am. Late arrival (6 - 9pm) possible only by prior arrangement. Please ensure that when you buy your aeroplane ticket, the flight time will allow for arrival before 9pm at the very latest.

Breakages

€850 euro or £600 GBP to be transferred direct to the owners bank account no later than 2 weeks before the arrival date. To be returned less deductions for any breakages via the same method. A tourist tax of 0.40 per person per night is payable in cash on arrival.

Telephone

Telephone is not available. Wi-Fi Internet Access is available. Neither the Owner nor the Agent can be held responsible for interrupted internet service/slow speed or for loss/disruption of incoming signal for Satellite TV–Sky–Freesat–Apple TV etc., when applicable to the property.

Electric

Included, please do ensure windows are closed if using the air-conditioning. Pool can be heated in Spring and Autumn for £150 or 200€ per week.

Bed Linen & Towels

Bed Linen and Bath Towels and pools towels are included in the rental. Please bring towels for the beach.

Cleaning

End-of-Stay cleaning charge: Included End-of-stay cleaning is to cover "normal" cleaning throughout the house. However, while you are therefore not expected to hoover and mop everywhere, you are expected to leave kitchen appliances (ie. oven and fridge), crockery, kitchen utensils, and bathroom appliances clean, and not to leave litter in the garden. If the house is left in an unacceptable state, further monies may be retained from the breakages deposit

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Party Sizes

The owner is entitled to ask you to leave the property without any refund if the number of occupants exceeds 10.

Additional

Fire: This is a region which has a high fire risk. It is forbidden to start fires anywhere in the property grounds. Only light BBQs in the area designated for this purpose. Swimming pool Safety: The owner is not responsible for any bodily injury next to or in the swimming pool. Children must be surveyed at all times. It should be noted that the condition of the pool is subject to variations in the weather and therefore no guarantee can be given to the status of the pool on any particular day.
