Arrival & Departure

Changeover day is Saturdays. Arrival at 5pm. Depart at 10am. Late arrival (6 - 9pm) possible only by prior arrangement. Please ensure that when you buy your aeroplane ticket, the flight time will allow for arrival before 9pm at the very latest.

Breakages

€2500 euro to be transferred into the Property Manager's account with the funds appearing on the account no later than 10 days before arrival. Returned via transfer to the client's account the first working day after departure, less deductions for any breakages. Please ensure the Property Manager has your Bank Details to refund by the same method.

Telephone

Wi-Fi Internet available. Neither the Owner nor the Agent can be held responsible for interrupted internet service/slow speed or for loss/disruption of incoming signal for Satellite TV–Sky–Freesat–Apple TV-Netflix etc., when applicable to the property.

Electric

Included. Pool can be heated please ask for details. Without heating the pool is generally 25C - often 28C-30C.

Bed Linen & Towels

Bed linen, bath towels (1 large, 1 small) and pool towels are included in the rental. A mid-week clean of 3 hours is included on each stay. Change of bed linen and bath towels every 7 days is also included.

Cleaning

End-of-Stay cleaning charge is included, together with a 3 hour mid week clean. Additional Maid service may be availableduring your stay with advance notice. End-of-stay cleaning charge is to cover "normal" cleaning throughout the house. However, while you are therefore not expected to hoover and mop everywhere, you are expected to leave kitchen appliances (i.e. oven and fridge), crockery, kitchen utensils, and bathroom appliances clean, and not to leave litter in the garden. If the house is left in an unacceptable state, further monies may be retained from the breakages deposit.

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Party Sizes

The owner is entitled to ask you to leave the property without any refund if the number of occupants exceeds 8 + 2 children. The rent is for 8 adults. There is a supplement for any extra children.

Additional

Fire: This is a region which has a high fire risk. It is forbidden to start fires anywhere in the property grounds. Only light BBQs in the area designated for this purpose. Swimming pool Safety: The owner is not responsible for any bodily injury next to or in the swimming pool. Children must be surveyed at all times. It should be noted that the condition of the pool is subject to variations in the weather and therefore no guarantee can be given to the status of the pool on any particular day. Children must be surveyed at all times.
