Arrival & Departure

Changeover day is Saturdays. Arrival at 5pm. Departure at 10am. Late arrival (6 - 9pm) possible only by prior arrangement. Please ensure that when you buy your aeroplane ticket, the flight time will allow for arrival before 9pm at the very latest.

Breakages

€600 to be transferred to the owner direct 10 days before arrival, to be returned by the same method within 10 days of departure, less deductions for any breakages and the obligatory visitors tax, which is per day, per adult (no charge for children).

Telephone

No telephone line. Wi-Fi is included. Neither the Owner nor the Agent can be held responsible for interrupted internet service/slow speed or for loss/disruption of incoming signal for Satellite TV –Sky–Freesat–Apple TV etc., when applicable to the property.

Electric

Up to 500 kwhrs per week is included in the rent. Thereafter chargeable at the current EDF rate. Pool heating and AC included as long as within the 500kwh. Charging of Electric Cars will be extra if and where this facility is available.

Gas / Oil

No

Bed Linen & Towels

Bed linen and towels are included in the rental. Please bring your own towels for the beach.

Cleaning

End-of-Stay cleaning charge is included in the rental. Extra Maid service may be available during your stay please ask for details. End-of-stay cleaning charge is to cover "normal" cleaning throughout the house. However, while you are therefore not expected to hoover and mop everywhere, you are expected to leave kitchen appliances (i.e. oven and fridge), crockery, kitchen utensils, and bathroom appliances clean, and not to leave litter in the garden. If the house is left in an unacceptable state, further monies may be retained from the breakages deposit.

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Party Sizes

The owner is entitled to ask you to leave the property without any refund if the number of occupants exceeds 8.

Additional

Fire: This is a region which has a high fire risk. It is forbidden to start fires anywhere in the property grounds. Only light BBQs in the area designated for this purpose. Swimming pool Safety: The owner is not responsible for any bodily injury next to or in the swimming pool. Children must be surveyed at all times. It should be noted that the condition of the pool is subject to variations in the weather and therefore no guarantee can be given to the status or temperature of the pool on any particular day. Heated pool temperatures are dependent upon external weather conditions and cannot be guaranteed.
