Arrival & Departure

Changeover day is Saturday. Arrival at 4 pm. Depart at 10am. Late arrival (6 - 9pm) possible only by prior arrangement. Please ensure that when you buy your aeroplane ticket, the flight time will allow for arrival before 9pm at the very latest.

Breakages

800€ to be paid to the Owner 4 weeks prior to the arrival date, via Paypal. The Owner will email a link to the client direct in order that they may facilitate this payment. This fee will be returned to the renter within 10 days after the departure upon satisfactory inspection of the property by the local manager.

Telephone

Telephone is available on demand, but is restricted to incoming and local calls only. Wi-Fi is available. Neither the Owner nor the Agent can be held responsible for interrupted internet service/slow speed or for loss/disruption of incoming signal for Satellite TV –Sky–Freesat–Apple TV etc. When applicable to the property.

Electric

Up to 100 kwhrs per week is included in the rent. Thereafter chargeable at €0.15/kwhr.

Bed Linen & Towels

Bed sheets and Towels (including pool towels) are provided upon arrival. Fresh linen and towels may be supplied upon request once a week for a supplementary charge of €10 euros per double bed, €8 euros per single bed and €5 euros per set of towels (1 large, 1 small).

Cleaning

End-of-Stay cleaning charge is included. Additional cleaning during your stay is not provided but if required pleased request well in advance. It may be possible to arrange at €20 per hour. End-of-stay cleaning charge is to cover "normal" cleaning throughout the house. However, while you are therefore not expected to hoover and mop everywhere, you are expected to leave kitchen appliances (i.e. oven and fridge), crockery, kitchen utensils, and bathroom appliances clean, and not to leave litter in the garden. If the house is left in an unacceptable state, further monies may be retained from the breakages deposit. Smoking is not allowed.

Pets

are not allowed.

Party Sizes

The owner is entitled to ask you to leave the property without any refund if the number of occupants exceeds 12.

Additional

Fire: This is a region which has a high fire risk. It is forbidden to start fires anywhere in the property grounds. Only light BBQs in the area designated for this purpose. Swimming pool Safety: The owner is not responsible for any bodily injury next to or in the swimming pool. Children must be surveyed at all times. It should be noted that the condition of the pool is subject to variations in the weather and therefore no guarantee can be given to the status of the pool on any particular day. There is a non-smoking policy within the Chateau.
