Arrival & Departure

Changeover day is Saturdays. Arrival at 4pm. Depart at 10am. Late arrival (6 - 9pm) possible only by prior arrangement. Please ensure that when you buy your aeroplane ticket, the flight time will allow for arrival before 9pm at the very latest.

Breakages

€500 euro cash on arrival to be returned, less any agreed deductions, within 14 days of departure to Client Bank Account in a nominated currency.

Telephone

Wi-Fi included in the rental. Neither the Owner nor the Agent can be responsible for any interruption of internet service/slow speed or for loss/disruption of incoming signal for Satellite TV –Sky–Freesat–Apple TV etc. When applicable to the property.

Electric

Up to 100 kwhrs per week is included in the rent. Thereafter chargeable at €0.15kwhr. Reversible heat/air conditioning system available at a weekly supplement on request (main sitting room and bedrooms on timed hours. Please Book in advance.

Gas / Oil

Bed Linen & Towels

Bed Linen and bath towels (1 large, 1 small), together with pool/beach towels are included in the rental. For two weeks stays clean linen is provided for you (should you wish Maid Service to change the beds this would be an additional cost - please enquire for details).

Cleaning

End-of-Stay cleaning charge 250 Euro, payable in cash on arrival. Maid service during your stay available may be possible please ask for details. End-of-stay cleaning charge is to cover "normal" cleaning throughout the house. However, while you are therefore not expected to hoover and mop everywhere, you are expected to leave kitchen appliances (ie. oven and fridge), crockery, kitchen utensils, and bathroom appliances clean, and not to leave litter in the garden. If the house is left in an unacceptable state, further monies may be retained from the breakages deposit

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Party Sizes

The owner is entitled to ask you to leave the property without any refund if the number of occupants exceeds 14 (unless additional guests have been agreed to at a supplementary cost). The rental is for up to 14 people.

Additional

Fire: This is a region which has a high fire risk. It is forbidden to start fires anywhere in the property grounds. Only light BBQs in the area designated for this purpose. Swimming pool Safety: The owner is not responsible for any bodily injury next to or in the swimming pool. Children must be surveyed at all times. It should be noted that the condition of the pool is subject to variations in the weather and therefore no guarantee can be given to the status of the pool on any particular day. For Tour and Special Interest Groups, non refundable deposit is 35% on booking, with full balance due 10 weeks before arrival.
