Booking Conditions [BR006A]

Arrival & Departure

Changeover day is Saturdays. The owner will meet you at a pre-arranged meeting site and will then lead you to the property - as it is not easy to find. Arrival at 5pm. Depart at 10am. Late arrival (6 - 9pm) possible only by prior arrangement. Please ensure that when you buy your aeroplane ticket, the flight time will allow for arrival before 9pm at the very latest.

Breakages

€4500 to be transferred to the owner's bank account 10 days before arrival. The funds will be returned, also by bank transfer 10 days after departure, less any costs for breakages.

Telephone

Wi-Fi is available at the property. Neither the Owner nor the Agent can be held responsible for interrupted internet service/slow speed or for loss/disruption of incoming signal for Satellite TV –Sky–Freesat–Apple TV etc., when applicable to the property.

Electric

Upto 100 kwhrs per week is included in the rent. Thereafter chargeable at €0.15 /kwhr.

Gas / Oil

Bed Linen & Towels

Bedsheets and Towels are included in the rental price. Please bring your own towels for the beach.

Cleaning

End-of-Stay cleaning is included in the rental price. Maid service during your stay possible at a charge payable locally, please ask for details. End-of-stay cleaning is to cover "normal" cleaning throughout the house. However, while you are therefore not expected to hoover and mop everywhere, you are expected to leave kitchen appliances (ie. oven and fridge), crockery, kitchen utensils, and bathroom appliances clean, and not to leave litter in the garden. If the house is left in an unacceptable state, further monies may be retained from the breakages deposit.

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Party Sizes

The owner is entitled to ask you to leave the property without any refund if the number of occupants exceeds 10. The rent is for up to 10 people.

Additional

Fire: This is a region which has a high fire risk. It is forbidden to start fires anywhere in the property grounds. Only light BBQs in the area designated for this purpose. Swimming pool Safety: The owner is not responsible for any bodily injury next to or in the swimming pool. Children must be surveyed at all times. It should be noted that the condition of the pool is subject to variations in the weather and therefore no guarantee can be given to the status of the pool on any particular day.
