Arrival & Departure

Changeover day is Saturdays. Arrival at 5.30pm. Depart at 9am. Late arrival (6 - 9pm) possible only by prior arrangement. Please ensure that when you buy your aeroplane ticket, the flight time will allow for arrival before 9pm at the very latest.

Breakages

Breakages Deposit is €2500 euro, to be paid direct to the owner by bank transfer in advance of arrival. To be returned less any deductions, within 10 days of departure. Local Taxe de Sejour (Tourist Tax) is payable per person 18+ years, per night and is payable in cash on arrival.

Telephone

Wi-Fi in all areas. Neither the Owner nor the Agent can be held responsible for interrupted internet service/slow speed or for loss/disruption of incoming signal for Satellite TV–Sky–Freesat–Apple TV etc., when applicable to the property.

Electric

Water and electricity included. Pool heating (mid May to end September) is included. It is not possible to heat the pool outside this period.

Gas / Oil

Bed Linen & Towels

Bed Linen and bath towels are included. Please bring your own towels for the beach. Change of bed linen and towels is provided and included in the rental price for bookings of 2 weeks or more.

Cleaning

End-of-Stay cleaning charge is €500 euro. Additional cleaning available on request. End-of-stay cleaning is to cover "normal" cleaning throughout the house. However, while you are therefore not expected to hoover and mop everywhere, you are expected to leave kitchen appliances (i.e. oven and fridge), crockery, kitchen utensils, and bathroom appliances clean, and not to leave litter in the garden. If the house is left in an unacceptable state, further monies may be retained from the breakages deposit

Pets

Pets are allowed at the Owners Discretion - a supplementary cost of €50 per animal. Pets are not allowed in the swimming pool, bedrooms, or on the furniture and all mess should be removed from the garden/grounds.

Party Sizes

The owner is entitled to ask you to leave the property without any refund if the number of occupants exceeds 18. The rent is for up to 18 People.

Additional

Fire: This is a region which has a high fire risk. It is forbidden to start fires anywhere in the property grounds. Only light BBQs in the area designated for this purpose. Swimming pool Safety: The owner is not responsible for any bodily injury next to or in the swimming pool. Children must be surveyed at all times. It should be noted that the condition of the pool is subject to variations in the weather and therefore no guarantee can be given to the status of the pool on any particular day. Heated pool temperatures are dependent upon external weather conditions and cannot be guaranteed. Pool cleaning is included.
