Arrival & Departure
Changeover day is Sunday. Arrival at 4pm. Depart at 10am. Late arrival (6 - 9pm) possible only by prior arrangement. Please ensure that when you buy your aeroplane ticket, the flight time will allow for arrival before 9pm at the very latest.
The Breakages Deposit required is £1,000. The Owner will contact you prior to your arrival to request your Credit Card details - no monies will be taken unless deductions for Breakages are necessary. Please ensure you take the same Credit Card with you that you have given the Owner details of for the Breakages Deposit as the Keyholder will ask to see it for verification.
Wi-Fi Internet access is available. Neither the Owner nor the Agent can be held responsible for interrupted internet service/slow speed or for loss/disruption of incoming signal for Satellite TV –Sky–Freesat–Apple TV etc. When applicable to the property.
Gas / Oil
Bed Linen & Towels
Bedsheets and Towels included, with midweek laundry change.
End-of-Stay cleaning charge is included, with a mid-week linen change. A daily light clean/housekeeping also included. Additional maid service is available on request during your stay, but may be chargeable.
Pets are not allowed.
The owner is entitled to ask you to leave the property without any refund if the number of occupants exceeds 10.
Fire: This is a region which has a high fire risk. It is forbidden to start fires anywhere in the property grounds. Only light BBQs in the area designated for this purpose. Swimming pool Safety: The owner is not responsible for any bodily injury next to or in the swimming pool. Children must be surveyed at all times. It should be noted that the condition of the pool is subject to variations in the weather and therefore no guarantee can be given to the status of the pool on any particular day. Heated pool temperatures are dependent upon external weather conditions and cannot be guaranteed.
