Booking Conditions [CR009A]

Arrival & Departure

Changeover day is Saturdays or Sundays, subject to availability. Arrival at 5pm. Depart at 10am. Late arrival (6 - 9pm) possible only by prior arrangement. The owner himself sees the clients in and out.

Breakages

Breakages deposit of €5000 euro or equivalent either by cheque to the owner on arrival and returned the day of departure or transferred to the owner 10 days before arrival, returned less deductions for any breakages 10 days after departure. There is a Taxe de Sejour (Visitors Tax) to pay per adult per night. The owner has a house inventory which he checks on departure.

Telephone

Wi-Fi included in the rental. Neither the Owner nor the Agent can be held responsible for interrupted internet service/slow speed.

Electric

Included. Air Conditioning is a supplementary cost of €790 euro per week. The pool can be heated for the supplementary cost of €790 euro per week.

Bed Linen & Towels

Bedlinen and towels can be rented at €65 euros per person to be paid in cash on arrival and includes bed linen (beds prepared on arrival), towels (2 per person), pool towels (1 per person) plus dishcloths/tea towels.

Cleaning

End-of-Stay cleaning charge is €920 euro for the whole house (main house and 2 apartments), or €810 euro for the main house + one apartment. Extra cleaning or mid stay (if 2 weeks or 3 weeks) cleaning (on Monday or maybe Sunday if possible), and change of bed linen can be organised. Price will be given on arrival if needed in the middle of a week. However, while you are therefore not expected to hoover and mop everywhere, you are expected to leave kitchen appliances (ie. oven and fridge), crockery, kitchen utensils, and bathroom appliances clean, and not to leave litter in the garden. If the house is left in an unacceptable state, a further 500 euros may be retained from the breakages deposit

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Party Sizes

The owner is entitled to ask you to leave the property without any refund if the number of occupants exceeds the number of people specified on the booking form and at no time more than 23 people. Prices are available for smaller parties under 23 people.

Additional

Fire: This is a region which has a high fire risk. It is forbidden to start fires anywhere in the property grounds. Only light BBQs in the area designated for this purpose. Swimming pool Safety: The owner is not responsible for any bodily injury next to or in the swimming pool. Children must be surveyed at all times. It should be noted that the condition of the pool is subject to variations in the weather and therefore no guarantee can be given to the status of the pool on any particular day. Heated pool temperatures are dependent upon external weather conditions and cannot be guaranteed.
