Booking Conditions [CR010A]

Arrival & Departure

Changeover day is Saturdays. Arrival at 5pm. Depart at 10am. Late arrival (6 - 9pm) possible only by prior arrangement. Please ensure that when you buy your aeroplane ticket, the flight time will allow for arrival before 9pm at the very latest.

Breakages

€2000 euro direct to the owner by bank transfer 2 weeks before arrival, returned less deductions for any breakages by the same method within 10 days of departure.

Included.

Gas / Oil

Electric reversible air conditioning and central heating included in the rental.

Bed Linen & Towels

Bed linen, bath towels and beach towels are included in the rental. One change of bed linen and towels (excluding pool/beach towels) included for 2 week bookings. For bookings of several weeks there is an obligatory weekly clean at the fixed fee of €300 euro.

Cleaning

End-of-Stay cleaning charge is included. Maid service during your stay may be available with advance notice please ask for details. End-of-stay cleaning charge is to cover "normal" cleaning throughout the house. However, while you are therefore not expected to hoover and mop everywhere, you are expected to leave kitchen appliances (ie. oven and fridge), crockery, kitchen utensils, and bathroom appliances clean, and not to leave litter in the garden. If the house is left in an unacceptable state, further monies may be retained from the breakages deposit.

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Party Sizes

The owner is entitled to ask you to leave the property without any refund if the number of occupants exceeds 8. The rent is for up to 8 People.

Additional

Fire: This is a region which has a high fire risk. It is forbidden to start fires anywhere in the property grounds. Only light BBQs in the area designated for this purpose. Swimming pool Safety: The owner is not responsible for any bodily injury next to or in the swimming pool. Children must be surveyed at all times. It should be noted that the condition of the pool is subject to variations in the weather and therefore no guarantee can be given to the status of the pool on any particular day.
