Booking Conditions [HE004B]

Arrival & Departure

Changeover day is Fridays or Saturdays. Arrival at 5pm. Depart at 10am. Late arrival (6 - 8pm) possible only by prior arrangement. Please ensure that when you buy your aeroplane ticket, the flight time will allow for arrival before 8pm at the very latest.

Breakages

€500 cash on arrival, returned less deductions for any breakages on morning of departure - Proof of Personal Liability Insurance must be supplied to owner on arrival. A 'taxe de sejour' (visitors tax) is applicable, which will be collected in cash by the owner.

Telephone

Wi-Fi is included in the rent. Neither the Owner nor the Agent can be responsible for interrupted internet service/slow speed or for loss/disruption of incoming signal for Satellite TV –Sky–Freesat–Apple TV-Netflix etc., when applicable to the property.

Electric

Electricity is not included in the rent. A meter reading will be taken on arrival and again on departure. Price is 0,30 euros/Kwh.This is to ensure that the air-con is not left on. Normally consumption is around 50-75 euro per week.

Gas / Oil

Air conditioned lounge (to ensure efficiency please ensure the doors and windows are closed).

Bed Linen & Towels

Bedsheets and towels are 15 Euro per person. Beach towels are also available for hire.

Cleaning

End-of-Stay cleaning 150 Euro End-of-stay cleaning charge is to cover "normal" cleaning throughout the house. However, while you are therefore not expected to hoover and mop everywhere, you are expected to leave kitchen appliances (i.e. oven and fridge), crockery, kitchen utensils, and bathroom appliances clean, and not to leave litter in the garden. If the house is left in an unacceptable state, further monies may be retained from the breakages deposit. Extra cleaning during your stay available at an additional cost.

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Party Sizes

The owner is entitled to ask you to leave the property without any refund if the number of occupants exceeds 10.

Additional

Fire: This is a region which has a high fire risk. It is forbidden to start fires anywhere in the property grounds. Only light BBQs in the area designated for this purpose. Swimming pool Safety: The owner is not responsible for any bodily injury next to or in the swimming pool. Children must be surveyed at all times. It should be noted that the condition of the pool is subject to variations in the weather and therefore no guarantee can be given to the status of the pool on any particular day.
