Booking Conditions [HE008A]

Arrival & Departure

Changeover day is Saturday. Arrival at 5pm. Depart at 10am. Late arrival (6 - 11pm) possible only by prior arrangement.

Breakages

GB£750 to be transferred into the Owner's account (details provided 10 days prior to arrival, returned less deductions for any breakages to be returned 7 days after departure.

Telephone

No telephone. Wi-Fi available. Neither the Owner nor the Agent can be held responsible for interrupted internet service/slow speed or for loss/disruption of incoming signal for Satellite TV –Sky–Freesat–Apple TV etc., when applicable to the property.

Electric

Up to 20 kwhrs per week is included in the rent. Thereafter chargeable at €0.35/kwhr (the electric meter is read before and after your stay). There are two figures, for high and low rated times of day, and we pay all of the latter, so just check the former please (HP = heures pleine).

Gas / Oil

Gas Central Heating - If the central heating is used there is a supplementary charge at €0.35/kwhr - a meter reading will be taken on arrival and departure.

Bed Linen & Towels

Sheets and pillow cases are included in the rent. Towels (1 large, 1 small) are available for hire at 6 Euro per person paid for on arrival in cash. Please bring your own beach towels.

Cleaning

End-of-Stay cleaning charge: Euro 110 cash for up to 8 people and Euro 300 cash for 9 and over, payable on arrival. The housekeeper may be available for extra maid service and babysitting with advance notice please ask for details. End-of-stay cleaning charge is to cover "normal" cleaning throughout the house. However, while you are therefore not expected to hoover and mop everywhere, you are expected to leave kitchen appliances (i.e. oven and fridge), crockery, kitchen utensils, and bathroom appliances clean, and not to leave litter in the garden. If the house is left in an unacceptable state, further monies may be retained from the breakages deposit.

Pets

Pets may be allowed at a supplementary cost of GB£150.

Party Sizes

The Rental is for 8. The owner is entitled to ask you to leave the property without any refund if the number of occupants exceeds 8. A supplement will be added for 9th person and over at £125 per person per week.

Additional

Fire: This is a region which has a high fire risk. It is forbidden to start fires anywhere in the property grounds. Only light BBQs in the area designated for this purpose. Swimming pool Safety: The owner is not responsible for any bodily injury next to or in the swimming pool. Children must be surveyed at all times. It should be noted that the condition of the pool is subject to variations in the weather and therefore no guarantee can be given to the status of the pool on any particular day.
