Arrival & Departure

Changeover day is Saturdays (Monday to Friday during May). Arrival at 5pm. Depart at 10am. Late arrival (6 - 9pm) possible only by prior arrangement. Please ensure that when you buy your airplane ticket, the flight time will allow for arrival before 9pm at the very latest.

Breakages

€800 cash on arrival to the owner, to be returned on the day of departure, less deductions for any breakages, or €800 bank transfer to be received into owner's bank account no later than 2 weeks before arrival, to be returned within 10 days via the same method. A 'taxe de sejour' (visitors tax) of currently 1 euro per person (over the age of 18) per night, is applicable, which will be collected by the owner in cash on the day of departure.

Telephone

Telephone may be available on demand, but is restricted to incoming and local calls only. Please ask well in advance if the telephone line can be made available. Deposit of €100 per week in cash on arrival, to be returned less deduction of phone consumption.

Electric

Up to 100 kwhrs per week is included in the rent. Thereafter chargeable at €0.15/kwhr.

Gas / Oil

Bed Linen & Towels

Bed linen and towels included in the price. Please bring your own towels for the beach/pool.

Cleaning

Cleaning: A cleaning fee, equivalent to €14 per hour will be retained from the breakages/cleaning deposit, if the tenant has not left the house adequately clean i.e normal cleaning. You are expected to leave kitchen appliances (ie. oven and fridge), crockery, kitchen utensils, and bathroom appliances clean, and not to leave litter in the garden.

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Party Sizes

The owner is entitled to ask you to leave the property without any refund if the number of occupants exceeds 12.

Additional

Fire: This is a region which has a high fire risk. It is forbidden to start fires anywhere in the property grounds. Only light BBQs in the area designated for this purpose. Swimming pool Safety: The owner is not responsible for any bodily injury next to or in the swimming pool. Children must be surveyed at all times. It should be noted that the condition of the pool is subject to variations in the weather and therefore no guarantee can be given to the status of the pool on any particular day.
