Booking Conditions [HE016A]

Arrival & Departure

Changeover day is Saturdays. Arrival at 5pm. Depart at 10am. Late arrival until 9pm possible only by prior arrangement.

Breakages

€300 cash on arrival, returned less deductions for any breakages on morning of departure.

Wifi Internet Access. Neither the Owner nor the Agent can be held responsible for interrupted internet service.Neither the Owner nor the Agent can be held responsible for interrupted internet service/slow speed or for loss/disruption of incoming signal for Satellite TV –Sky–Freesat–Apple TV etc. When applicable to the property.

Electric

Up to 100 kwhrs per week is included in the rent. Thereafter chargeable at €0.15/kwhr.

Gas / Oil

Gas under-floor central heating during the winter/low period. Should this be required, an extra charge will be applicable, to be settled with the owner following a meter reading at the beginning and end of the stay.

Bed Linen & Towels

Bedsheets available at €10 per double bed, €8 per single. Towels are available at €5 per pair (one large and one small). Please bring your own towels for the beach. Payable locally to the Owner on arrival.

Cleaning

End-of-Stay cleaning charge: €70 cash, payable on arrival. Maid service during your stay available at €11 per hour. End-of-stay cleaning charge is to cover "normal" cleaning throughout the house. However, while you are therefore not expected to hoover and mop everywhere, you are expected to leave kitchen appliances (i.e. oven and fridge), crockery, kitchen utensils, and bathroom appliances clean, and not to leave litter in the garden. If the house is left in an unacceptable state, further monies may be retained from the breakages deposit.

Pets

are allowed, but not in the bedrooms please. Supplementary deposit of €200.

Party Sizes

The owner is entitled to ask you to leave the property without any refund if the number of occupants exceeds 8.

Additional

Fire: This is a region which has a high fire risk. It is forbidden to start fires anywhere in the property grounds. Only light BBQs in the area designated for this purpose. Swimming pool Safety: The owner is not responsible for any bodily injury next to or in the swimming pool. Children must be surveyed at all times. It should be noted that the condition of the pool is subject to variations in the weather and therefore no guarantee can be given to the status of the pool on any particular day.
