Arrival & Departure

Changeover day is Saturdays. Arrival at 5pm. Depart at 10am. Late arrival (6 - 9pm) possible only by prior arrangement. Please ensure that when you buy your aeroplane ticket, the flight time will allow for arrival before 9pm at the very latest.

Breakages

€500 or Sterling equivalent to be transferred to the Owners Euro or Sterling Bank Account 10 days prior to arrival, returned less deductions for any breakages 10 days after departure.

Telephone

No telephone line, however mobile reception is good. Broadband internet access and Wi-Fi available. Neither the Owner nor the Agent can be held responsible for interrupted internet service/slow speed or for loss/disruption of incoming signal for Satellite TV –Sky–Freesat–Apple TV etc. When applicable to the property.

Electric

Up to 100 kwhrs per week is included in the rent. Thereafter chargeable at 0.15€/kwhr. Supplementary heating charge during low season and winter months, please contact us for details.

Gas / Oil

Bed Linen & Towels

Bedsheets/towels are included from May until the end of September, for all other dates bedlinen can be provided at €10 per double and €8 per single bed, €5 per person for towels. Please bring your own towels for the beach.

Cleaning

Is Included from May until the end of September, for all other dates there is a end of stay cleaning fee of €120 to be payable in cash on arrival. While you are therefore not expected to hoover and mop everywhere, you are expected to leave kitchen appliances (i.e. oven and fridge), crockery, kitchen utensils, and bathroom appliances clean, and not to leave litter in the garden. If the house is left in an unacceptable state, further monies may be retained from the breakages deposit.

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Party Sizes

The owner is entitled to ask you to leave the property without any refund if the number of occupants exceeds 10 adults + 2 children.

Additional

Fire: This is a region which has a high fire risk. It is forbidden to start fires anywhere in the property grounds. Only light BBQs in the area designated for this purpose. Swimming pool Safety: The owner is not responsible for any bodily injury next to or in the swimming pool. Children must be surveyed at all times. It should be noted that the condition of the pool is subject to variations in the weather and therefore no guarantee can be given to the status of the pool on any particular day.
