Arrival & Departure

Changeover day is Fridays. Arrival at 5pm. Depart at 10am. Late arrival (6 - 9pm) possible only by prior arrangement. Please ensure that when you buy your aeroplane ticket, the flight time will allow for arrival before 9pm at the very latest.

Breakages

€3000 to be paid before arrival to owner by bank transfer, returned less deductions for any breakages after departure. Personal Liability Insurance is obligatory and for Weddings, Wedding Event Insurance to include Public Liability for European Cover is recommended.

Telephone

Internet Access - Wi-Fi is available, it is a good speed however if lots of people are adding numerous devices then it may be disrupted. Neither the Owner nor the Agent can be held responsible for interrupted internet service/slow speed or for loss/disruption of incoming signal for Satellite TV Sky–Freesat–Apple TV etc., when applicable to the property.

Electric

Is included in the rent. The air-conditioning is controlled by the owners please do not leave windows open when the air-con is in use, this could lead to extra charges. Pool heating is included.

Gas / Oil

Bed Linen & Towels

Included. Please bring your own towels for the beach.

Cleaning

End-of-Stay cleaning charge: Included. Maid service during your stay available at €25 per hour. End-of-stay cleaning charge is to cover "normal" cleaning throughout the house. However, while you are therefore not expected to hoover and mop everywhere, you are expected to leave kitchen appliances (i.e. oven and fridge), crockery, kitchen utensils, and bathroom appliances clean, and not to leave litter in the garden. If the house is left in an unacceptable state, further monies may be retained from the breakages deposit.

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Party Sizes

The owner is entitled to ask you to leave the property without any refund if the number of occupants exceeds 24 including babies. For Weddings, maximum number of guests is 70 to include the 24 resident guests. Wedding planner obligatory for 40+ guests.

Additional

Following French Government Covid rules, it is obligatory for weddings, that the whole group including outside guests, must be able to provide proof of full vaccination (Passe Sanitaire) or a negative PCR test in the event that this may be requested at any time. It is the responsibility of the individual clients, not the owner of the property, to ensure this requirement is complied with. Fire: This is a region which has a high fire risk. It is forbidden to start fires anywhere in the property grounds. Only light BBQs in the area designated for this purpose. Swimming pool Safety: The owner is not responsible for any bodily injury next to or in the swimming pool. Children must be surveyed at all times. Please note for Weddings, all pools will be closed for the duration of the wedding day/evening for security purposes. It should be noted that the condition of the pool is subject to variations in the weather and therefore no guarantee can be given to the status of the pool on any particular day. Heated pool temperatures are dependent upon external weather conditions and cannot be guaranteed.
